Remembrance Ceremony, South East Palliative Care Centre

This service was recorded by the staff of the South East Palliative Care Centre, the Waterford Hospice Movement and the Waterford Healing Arts Trust in November 2023.
This Remembrance Ceremony service is to honour and take time to remember all patients who have died on the Oak Ward (in the HSE/South East Community Healthcare's South East Palliative Care Centre, UHW) or under the care of the Waterford Specialist Community Palliative Care Team up to the end of August 2023.
