    Just got your video "Catching The Numbers" great video. Just got the door opened for me with the Lumber Farmers. The guy said he was hooked into the Tree Farmers in this state. So what I learned from you, Clint Locklier, The Meat Trapper (Tim Roper) and Hal Sullivan will help a great deal with educated beaver. I've been trapping problem beaver for about 7yrs. So far (knock on wood) I have caught the whole colony at every job. But after I saw your video and the others, I wonder how I did so well. You guys have a lot of great sets, and now I have about 10 blind sets I can use on educated beaver. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.

    "Let him go to heaven". In Florida we can't relocate them either. So I told FWC Law Enforcement that I relocated all of my beaver.... to my freezer, they taste like Beef. It's fun to watch law enforcement go through so many facial expressions in such a short time, but it always ends with a smile.

    I snared one by the tail at my last job. I caught the 60 pound mama, and three 30 pound young, but 60 pound dad was not so easy. On that job I used mostly snare poles in the water. Figured he saw what happened to his family and was really mad, so he slapped the snare with his tail and the loaded snare slapped shut on his tail. He was to big to swim through the snare without getting caught, so it was his anger that got him caught. He needed and Anger Management Pill to the back of the head to calm him down. 🤠👍

    In Florida, we can't relocate live Beaver. So I told FWC that I relocate every beaver I catch....to my freezer. They taste like beef, but you have to steam them for 45 minutes, to be able to cut the meat with a fork. By the way...I turned into a ADC trapper with 8 DVDs, one is "Catching The Numbers". So far, I am the only one in the area that gets them all the first time. Because I'm 70 and am permanently disabled (fake knee & bad hip), I trap from a canoe most of the time. But i do get out of the boat for Dambreak and Caster Sets. First I became a Meat Trapper with Tim. Liked it so much, I started buying DVDs from Top Trappers. I learned so much from your DVD that the others didn't cover. Thanks for putting out that DVD.

    😁😉🤣🤠🤪😜😅🤞 I caught the whole family except the big male. I was using water snares, but the loops were too small for him to swim through without getting caught. Yet I caught him by the tail. The only thing I could figure is that he knew these snare took out his family, so he got mad and slapped it with his tail and got caught. Heard of beaver slapping footholds to spring them without getting caught. He must have known this trick and found it doesn't work so good with snares.

    Have you ever thought about how you would rate the top ten traps in their field? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- We all have what we think is best. Most have bought or tried traps base on what others have said. It always was based on opinion from others you trusted. It is almost impossible to test a number of traps. Just cost alone prohibits the practice. For instance top Ten best military jets in the world are rated highest not just in function but Stealth ability. All proven traits by scientific test. Some are faster with less stealth, others have all the attributes including stealth. My book shows how that is now a reality. It shows how certain traps can be ranked by every thing including stealth ability. Fooling the target as to what is dangerous or not. The book set president in that ability. amzn.to/2Hn1hxv

      Read the description. Then look at a four way trigger and a support mechanism. Four way triggers are sold all over north America.

    • @303jagter
      @303jagter 6 років тому

      Your video only show when it triggers when 4 way motion is applied to the trigger wire, not how it works. If you show the works it will be better. I only informed you why I think you get this much negatives. The people are looking for what the description say, we want to see how it works, not the motion that activates the trigger, only try to help.

    They're here now in South Florida. One of my older male cats has been attacked in the groin region. They are very large metallic blue/green flies. Daily, I have to rinse him off, and remove the maggots with surgical tweezers. It's a long and painful process, but I have kept the numbers down. His prognosis is grim, though. He had already been weak with age.

    I remember the screwworm outbreaks in Texas in the 1970's. Stories just like this one involving cattle, horses, cats, and dogs were very common. I've personally seen these creatures in action and it is more horrific than anything on youtube. The maggots emit a strong foul stench while they're feeding that serves to attract other screwworm flies to deposit more larvae on the animal host and this continues on and on until the animal dies. Several times I've seen animals being consumed alive by hordes and hordes of maggots while swarms of flies were constantly landing and laying thousands more larvae on them all the while. To call it nauseating would be understatement of the year. Now in my mid-fifties those memories still sicken me. This was not in some remote impoverished part of the world. It was in South Texas. The USDA eradicated screwworms using a procedure that involved widespread distribution of sterilized male flies using aircraft. Since the flies only mate once in their lifecycle, this process was successful. I am very disturbed to see this horrifying creature making a comeback.
