If you're finding this video much later than it was originally posted, the codes on Arena have definitely changed. The article I originally mentioned is not relevant any longer, do some digging to find the most recent set of codes.

I have to say I didn’t really like Strixhaven that much (and I still don’t), but this video made me respect it 30% more.

I made a new account and the codes say Redeem Code Failure: Code already redeemed.

I just updated mine this week; it's an edh cube that's made to do stuff I like in a balanced setting (we had problem players that were stomping on purpose)

I lost all my Mirrodin, Darksteel and Fifth Sun cards, as wel as my Kamigawa deck a decade ago, and I have been loking into diving back in. How can I build a cube of cards that sadly are not being sold by Wizards anymore? They pivoted towards mostly Marvel/Pixar-looking sets in recent years, which as a horror fan I find revolting. Are WOTC ever gonna re-release the cool sets of the past, or at least something with grit?

$240 to pull cards worth shit might as well just buy them. When is mtg going to catch on? Need more serialized cards

Honestly even without human bias I think the game should do little things like giving small bonuses when you miss a lot or nerfing attackers for a turn if they get kills. The game is supposed to be fun and spending an entire turn missing bc you happened to roll bad or losing half your team bc the aliens rolled good isn't fun, true randomness isn't fun. Of course the game has to be unforgiving too, but it has to feel more unforgiving than it is so it give player a break every once in a while

6:35 gold, silver, and bronze give you 2 bars per win and take away 1 per loss. after plat, its only 1 bar per win. so everyone should be able to hit platinum at least each season with a deck that wins less than half of the time.

I have two questions. If I do a trade does that trade only work for that turn? Or would I have to do another trade next round again. 2nd question. If I need to purchase two of the same material, do I double the base pay along with doubling paying the other city. Example 2 bricks. Base would be 4. But if my opponent has 2 bricks, do I have to pay 6 or 8? Thank you.

I've had this idea rattling around in my head to make a Ravnica plane cube where it would be a combination of all the sets that took place on Ravnica.

I've been playing since the beta release and now the most fun I have is with Brawl. It takes a long time to build a collection but you'll only need one copy of each and once you get the staples, it takes less to make new decks. I used to try standard but there's just not diversity in what you go up against anymore. I do agree that limited is still the only way to keep renewing the season pass.

I love the idea for this deck, and might buy the physical cards soon as well. Why the self-mill, though?

For my Battle Box, I use a separate land deck. 5 of each Basic, plus 10 non basic dual lands. You start the game with 4 non land cards and 3 land cards, then you can choose to mulligan as many land cards as you want 1 time. Helps you cast the cards in your hand early on. Then, whenever you draw a card, you can choose to draw a land or a non land. Do you try to draw action with the colors you already have? Or do you try to spike a land to cast the spells in your hand? It adds another little game into it.

at this point i feel the only reason to play bo3 instead of bo1 is so you run into less mono white lifegain andys, they arent hard to beat theyre just annoying.
