@@Blazedontwos agreed. Hale speed makes really high quality parts. I had my top caps for my brake fluid fail (nicecnc) and leaked brake fluid all other my bike. Luckily I noticed fast and got it wiped and cleaned off. But ever since then, I took 90% of their stuff off my bike. Still have a few things.

@Blazedontwos I had already installed the check m8 from trask. I am honestly not an huge fan of how niceCnc’s system looks compared to the trask version. But if it works equally, then it’s worth the saved money imo.

@@michaelthompson7001 appreciate the support. I didn’t use any of the thread sealant. I never have on my breathers. Just did the standard thread lock on the necessary bolts

@@Gimps_Garagethank for your response , I also have the Trask tranny cover, since it’s been about a month since your install, are you having any oil mist in your air cleaner, as I do not necessarily want to install the head breather kit either, trying to keep my vacuum, thank for your help

@@michaelthompson7001 a very small amount. But that’s only if I’m really hammering down on my bike or go up the canyons and gain 2-3,000 feet in elevation. But it isn’t enough to where I’ve needed to take the filter off and clean it. Just a small amount that hits the glass.

⁠I was asking if the same procedure for idle tune between M8 and TC. I don’t remember that senecio on my initial set up. As far as the screaming children’s too late had to cut the old man where the sun don’t shine after the first half a dozen. Thanks for the follow up. Much appreciated

@@gvaldezcurrie so from a quick glance. What I’ve seen so far is they recommend that the idle speed be set to 1k on TC’s. But the process of the idle tune is the same

@@tentipiwildcamping the ones in the video are the 16” KST Kustoms spearheads. I now have Kraus Wolf One Pro - T bars and they are much better imo than apes.

@@bmacias You’ll want to call your local Harley store and double check in case it’s different based on your bike’s year… but the ones I got for my 2018. It was…. H-D part# 5207. That is for the well nut. Go to the hardware store and get a 10-32 1.5” screws. Harley chargers $4 per bot. Hardware store you can get them for 0.50¢.

Which would make sense. It’s not making a difference if you’re moving. As stated in the video. These come in great for when we’re stuck in stop n go traffic or at a stand still and there’s no wind to help cool your heads. The fan shuts off when you reach 40 mph

@@Gimps_Garage it’s been good so far. Took a 256 mile ride yesterday that included 109 degrees and it seems to have helped. Bike is running great with no noticeable loss of power in the heat.

@@Prometheus1979 it’s running very well and I noticed a slight increase in performance when I made the switch. Idk what it’s rated to. But being im in the 140’s and its handling the AFR target on point. I’d say up to 160’s

@@Prometheus1979 happy to help. I think you’ll be happy with it. I want to get the red filter and gold velocity stack to match the bike. The M’Fer was supposed to come with the red filter. But the company I bought from, sent me one with the black filter. Lol. Other than that, great purchase.
