I'm a diehard desktop guy. I don't care about battery (other than the odd occassion where I need to unplug to move to a different room) and trackpad, since I always use a mouse. If I can't use a mouse, it means I am not in a good enough position/location/time period to get any work done anyway :)

looks impressive although in my opinion i don't like this legion due to the fact that you have to remove the whole mainboard if you want to upgrade RAM as RAM is at behind instead of at the front like legion (pro) 7 (also high end) and less expensive versions... thus changing thermal paste is super difficult due to its water cooling system liquid metal, and some uncommon screws combined

I got 1 too this year forget the month, it has free 1 wide computer table. The laptop itself is really heavy but it heats alot, dont know if its normal since this is my first laptop. I'm from Philippines i bought this at moa at 230k Php but got discounted at 209k.

i have the legion slim 14 inch and upgraded it to 3tb. I got it for 1150 $ earlier this year and i can say legion laptops is a bang. also has the oled screen. highly recommended laptops.

As a gamer since the 80s, I love the numeric keypad. Very useful for a variety of games, for example the Civilization games. Well, I don't know about 6 and onwards, but before 6 for sure. Plus, as I use for gaming the keyboard and not exclusively a gamepad, the numpad can be used for shortcuts and for...keying numbers quickly and not with the slow way of using the main numbers line over the letters. I know there are people who are against the numpad. I call these people...anyway, that's it about that. Having said that, I rarely use the actual laptop's keyboard. I always use an external. :) Since you mentioned some things before and around the 24 mark. This laptop will destroy the look and feel of a playstation now. It's not about this laptop (or modern powerful PC) to reach the PS5 quality in graphics and performance. These PCs obliterate the current consoles. Not the other way around. Anyway, good video, thank you for the unboxing and look at it. It's a good looking laptop.

As a tech fiend I love all the power and capabilities modern laptops have but the Asus G14 still strikes the perfect balance in my opinion. I wouldn't mind a Legion though in my collection

The performance your showing here sucks for a 4090 mobile gpu idk why your getting such low fps but im 100 percent legit telling you that my lenovo legion slim 5 with a rtx 4060 gets higher fps in the games you tested at the settings which you tested at. In cyberpunk with ultra settings im getting 70 to 80 fps. The only difference is i ran amd fsr 3.0 instead of the older version of fsr you used but still used the same quality setting so shouldnt matter much. I think you may have been in a quiet performance mode on the laptop or something because it def should of gotten way higher fps at the settings you had.

The main thing i love about this laptop isnt just how powerful it is, but that it maintains being relatively SLEEK (and still full power). Its too common to just make some ugly massive thing with a 4090 and ship it out. The legion is nice
