Power delivery is only for charging. Today, wireless is so good that not many people use cables anymore (I have 4ms network latency in VD, so everything else take longer than this), but if they do, there is always the option to just use a headphones cable extender from the PC. Of course, it's possible to use a hub USB with PD instead, but this video is about a cheap solution. About a more expensive options, I will make another.

@@Thomas_Voland Thanks for the information. I still use link because even with a WiFi6 router connected to the 5Ghz it still feels like I get stutters or sometimes full pauses when playing no matter if I use VD or SteamLink. Granted I have a pretty low tier machine with a gen11 cpu and a 4060Ti. I run it at 72hz and Medium settings. I wish it was more consistent for me somehow but haven't been able to figure that out.

@@jss4837 it is possible but more devices are needed. However wireless PCVR became so good (my network latency is usually ~4ms) that using cable for most people became pointless. And if someone use cable for PCVR, it’s easy to just connect a long headphones cable to a PC.

@@Thomas_Voland wireless still doesn't cut it for me even with a great router setup. Beat saber and even shooters just feel so much better over link cable IMO.

@@jss4837 Maybe you have so many Wi-Fi networks around or something messes with your Wi-Fi and makes jitter or something (for my friend it's HomePod when used in stereo, but I don't have this problem). Fortunately now almost nobody uses Wi-Fi 6E, so there’s always some solution.

@@jss4837- that’s because you haven’t optimized & deconflicted your network, & optimized your PC. Wired is pointless in 2024, if you take the time to optimize your wireless chain.

@@RolandDobbins no dawg. I've probably been doing this whole wireless vr thing longer than you, respectfully. I know how to check for congestion/traffic, and I have a good PC and dedicated router.

It is the same situation. The older Kiwi is not such good quality like K4, but better then Bobovr Mini. But B100 batteries for Bobovr are better.

I've heard other reviews state it's lighter than bobovr

@@stanislavspon6846 Yes you need a capture card. Most can't run 120 Hz. But in a few weeks I will make a video about more expensive, bigger cards with high refresh rate.

@@Thomas_Voland Yes please do. I would like to see which capture cards will support 120hz. To be honest with you I dont even have Quest 3 at the moment but I am seriously considering it. My main purpose for wanting to get it is actually for virtual desktop capability. I would like to see if it possible for me to run online business using VR because it allows you to have multiple screens. The problem might be resolution / text. I am not exactly sure. But I have seen that it is possible to increase resolution in debut settings.

@@stanislavspon6846 You can have 2560x1440 px on a huge screen or less on smaller, if you want to have decent quality. For work most people use Immersed or native tool, not Virtual Desktop, but you can try all of them. Quest can be returned in 2 weeks so you can just try if it's for you. Because on mine in some it's not moving, and this problem so many users have, that's issue with quality, or quality control.

Did you turn off HDCP in PS5? This cable works with Playstation.

This charger is only for B100 battery. Most batteries is charged just via cable.

I wouldn't compare Quest to such small TV, because even if you will sit very close to it, the screen still will be very tiny comparing to Quest, but quality will be better on TV. It would be better to compare Quest to projector. I have old 100" and I prefer to use Quest. 1. It never died in my case, but I have never played more than 10h in a row. I am not sure if it's possible for example to not sleep for a few days and play non-stop. Currently Quest tries to keep 70% battery level. 2. TV will have better quality, but it's hard to fully enjoy it on such small screen. 3. You can turn it on and off any time. 4. Much bigger TV or Quest. You can return it in 2 weeks if you don't like it. When I check, it's native 1080p for sure. And for sure, nobody gets upscaled versions.

I'm currently looking at using the stock Q3 interface, removing the padding and putting velcro on it, and then using one of the pads from the AMVR one.
