There is a russian youtuber called Radio Tapok who has done several covers of Sabaton songs (his version of Night Witches has over 12 million youtube wievs) he has become friends with the guys from Sabaton, so when they made this video, they let him borrow the set for a video for his version. Radio Tapok also wrote an original song i the style of Sabaton called "Defense of Moscow", and of course the guys from Sabaton made a cover of that song. Bonus info Radio Tapok appears as a featured artist In the Live version of Attack of the Dead Men.

Nice reaction. Perhaps this helpsnto ubderstand. In many places like US and UK tanks regiments are refered to Cavallry, in sweden Cavallry is rangers. Tank regiment is callen ”Pansar” refering the the heavy knights armour. The symbol for the tank regiments in sweden is a knights glove holding a sword. I think thats the link in Sabatons video.. from the knight to tanks :)

You should check out the band Cloven Hoof; they are an older gem of a English Heavy Metal band from the 80's with many great songs. I recommend some songs from their albums Dominator and A Sultan's Ransom, such as Fugitive, Reach for the Sky, Mistress of the Forest, Highlander, Astral Rider, and Forgotten Heroes.

Well, Joakim loves tanks, lol. At least judging by they have written more songs with tanks than anything else. Like Sabaton working with Wargaming and the World of Warships game for Bismarck, this goes with The World of Tanks game. Think Sabaton has their own tank in the game. Yarnhub is the company that did the animated story videos. Have you heard of the band Nanowar of Steel? Joakim collaborated with them last year on a song called "Pasadena 1994", done in Sabaton style.

The tanks from the 2nd half of the video are WW2 tanks. Side note: you should check out the "Steel Commanders" episode on their Sabaton History channel.

Yeah this song is basically covering the evolutiuon of armored combat starting with the original tanks ofthe battlefield the armored knights and on through history to the modern tanks we have now.

Yes indeed, She is a Swiss Army knife. A walking emotion bomb. This song hits like a brick. In my not so humble opinion the most beautiful song ever written and performed. Just watch Ghost Love Score and lanternlight after one another and you realise how diverse Nightwish is. But everything they do is magic
