~ Hello and a hearty welcome to Cooked with Love!
The name of this channel exactly resonates with the thoughts with which it was created.
The vision is to create hearty recipes with mostly simple ingredients that are generally available in most households. It is because we believe in the fact that the most simplest of recipes are often the best tasting ones. You do not always require extravagant things to create good dishes. (Obviously, there are some exceptions. :) )
This channel is based in Kolkata, so you may expect a lot of quintessential dishes from Bengal. However, food is an universal language that knows no barrier, that connects people across the world irrespective of caste, creed, racial and social distinctions. So we will be happily experimenting with dishes from all over the world, across all types of cuisines.

Omg it's my favourite song and my favourite mushroom! I will definitely give it a try but the egg folding technique looks a bit difficult...Do you have some tips?
You can add less amount of mushroom, that will make the folding easy.. I added quite a lot of filling.. also fold when the egg is still a bit runny in the middle as it will help in sticking with the filling

My mom put bit of garlic in a batter, not the dip. We usually just dip them in sour cream. I can eat a whole bunch of these they are delicious. She also soaks the potatoes in something so they don't change color while she works she makes way more then four, we usually have a whole pot.
