Chicken Kosha | Bengali Style Dry Chicken Curry

This is a very common recipe in Bengali Cuisine. You might find very similar recipes in India from other cultures, but the addition of the potatoes gives it the uniqueness of Bengali cuisine. This dish one of the easiest chicken dishes to make, but loved by all. This one mainly pairs with Roti or Paratha or Luchi (small deep fried flour bread).
