Macher Dimer Bora Recipe | Fish roe fritters | Bengali Style fish egg pakora

This is yet another quintessential Bengali recipe out of Rohu / Rui fish eggs. This can be had in the form of fritters or in a gravy where the fried eggs fritters are briefly simmered in a basic onion gravy (you can also add small pieces of potatoes in the gravy).

P.s. : The consistency of the batter is important. If you add to much besan it'll be too doughy and flavor of the eggs will be reduced, and if you add less besan the fritters might not remain intact while frying.
