It's very odd for someone like SpongeBob to have a giant library like that. Not only is he supposedly very young but also he is not so much of an intellectual type.

To me, your never too old to what cartoons, i understand why people don’t like the modern show when your use to the classic, i don’t think of “kid cartoons” as kid cartoons, i think of them as funny show, i never really enjoyed violent serious show, not saying can’t stand blood & stuff, just like to laugh. True jokes aren’t for everyone but i have a wired since of humor

Honestly they should've just gone the retired route. They should just show that Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy retired in the news. Atleast Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy won't be ruined with modern Spongebob.

In season 4 my personal favorite is “Mrs. Puff, You’re Fired.” I never actually heard anyone else’s opinion on it, but it became my most memorable episode aside from Krusty Towers. I personally liked how tense it grows until it reaches that climax with everyone is trying and failing to stop Spongebob’s boat. I also loved Sargent Rodrick as a character and his sort of aggressive humor. I always remember and laughed the scenes where he just literally throws out two classmates because they broke his rules. I’m glad they didn’t make him that much of a one-note drill sargent as they shown him in genuine awe for when Spongebob somehow built a rocket out of the car parts or showing genuine fear from of the climax of the episode. Overall, it just became such a funny and memorable episode for me. This is a good list too though. I haven’t been watching the Spongebob episodes in order after season 3 so some of these I didn’t even know was in season 4, so thanks for the list. Out of it my favorites of season 4 (in no particular order) is Krusty Towers, Dances and Dragons, Ghost Host, Wishing You Well, The Lost Matress, and ofc Mrs. Puff You’re Fired.

SpongeBob has been on the decline since post Hillenburg passed away, it's on life support, the more humane thing to do would be to pull the plug, what they don't realize... It tarnishes the legacy that was once amazing, iconic characters cannot be replaced, it wouldn't be that bad but the character balancing as well has fallen off, like Awe even noted "Patrick used to be hilarious" hes not the same, his lines are watered down husks of what they used to be, he was the dummy but at the same time he was sophisticated, This, what we have now, is brainrot plain and simple, and it inferiates me that nick is more concerned about milking a dying cash cow than letting it die a peaceful death, it's had a very good run, but it's a shell of its formal self

Classic spongebob is at the same level of classic simpsons, both shows had brilliant writers that figured out the identity of the shows and knew how to make them work But sadly modern spongebob and modern simpsons are trash, those shoes should ended a long time age
