The "best" part of this movie was the villain explaining why she's called the Scargiver by pointing to his scar. I was DED when I saw this. After the movie violated most rules of thumbs for storytelling, this was the fkn cherry on top haha. Wow. What a pile of trash.

All this woke shit is just so irritating, most people who like Star wars or star trek already have a liberal ideology about the future, so your basically insulting an entire fanbase. We already believe in freedom and equality for all, last thing we need is to be told that x is bad and y is good. It's just lazy story writing and often they break canon just to cross off their own talking points, even though they are millionaires who don't even know how the rest of us live.

The only thing i think about when talking about movies like this -> was i entertained / was it worth to go to the cinema. And i liked it so im happy.

The Acolyte represents every single thing I hate about modern Star Wars.

I got Jackie Brown vibes from this film and I think QT took from this movie.
