Divine toll is deadly. I can round up mobs do one rotation then slap Divine toll on them and watch them all drop like flies and. Protection Palidan are beasts.

I think you should have mentioned the stewards healing potion which is quite nice since it heals 20% of your hp

Currently I'm Night Fae. I picked them up because The Hunt is just so good. I also have a personal RP about how my Demon Hunter was a Druid who trained under Ursoc before becoming a Demon Hunter. He failed as a Druid during Legion, watched his mentors fail and fall to the nightmare and decided that Druidism wasn't enough to push back the Legion. He sought out the Illidari and took their ritual. Even though his connection to Nature is lost to him, he still holds onto the teachings of Ursoc as a Vengeance Demon Hunter now. So... I put him in Night Fae for both the ability and RP aspect of it. He's still a Druid at heart, and wants to help those in Nature as he had done for thousands of years before. But I really like the Venthyr. I have 4 other Night Fae and have done that story 5 times. I don't have a Venthyr yet, and was thinking of making my DH my Venthyr. The gear looks great on them and thematically they fit in very well. (Demon Hunters being a Vampire analogue in and of itself.) But the Venthyr abilities are trash compared to The Hunt. This is the first time I'm having a real struggle with which covenant I want to be in. Aesthetically, Venthyr are really cool, and I think it'll fit DH's very well. But The Hunt is a 50 yard charge, deals amazing damage, has an AoE DoT, and a leech component. Compare that to Sinful Brand. It hits 1 target for less damage than the Hunt and is spread out over 8 seconds. It only hits 1 target every minute, and can only hit multiple targets every 3-5 mins (depending on spec.) It lowers the casting and melee speed of attackers as well, but it'll only realistically negate one attack over that 8 seconds. That's nothing compared to the amount of healing you get from The Hunt. I've been stock piling my Anima recently in case I want to switch over. I have about 3K in my bags so if I start fresh I can at least hit the ground running. Still trying to decide what to do. This is the first time where the ability itself is the major factor. With all my other characters it's been an RP/Lore/Aesthetic thing. For my DH, I'm staying with Night Far almost strictly because I like the ability so much, and the new ability I'll be getting is complete trash. (Both from a pure numbers stand point as well as a utility point of view.

I like how you discredit your own words in this video. "Door of shadows is really cool. It's a teleport. With Demon Hunters having so much mobility, this fits in perfectly with their class. It'll be cool to see how people use it in dungeons. "The Hunt is a charge. With Demon Hunters having so much mobility, I don't really see a use for it. It doesn't really fit well with the class. It's very clunky." So.. Is more mobility a good thing, or a bad thing? I think maybe you just have a bias toward the edgy vampire ability over the hippy fairy ability.

I’m guilty of the screen flash/brew smash. I come from FF14 where I played dragoon. So I decided monk was the class for me since there is so much evasion along with decent dps. But I just hate the wind spec. Thanks for the tips

Thanks so much! I’m torn between venthyr and night fae. I like the healing aspect of night fae but the channel, having to reactivate it, and not having the healing on demand make it feel clunky. The vulpin is so cute though!

Interesting abilities... my druid is a fishing, miner and flower picker. I will have to see what works.
