I feel like this expansion has been good for lesser known WoW content creators because of the insane amount of class specific info there is. Getting detailed info on how covenant abilities work for each class has me seeing content creators I haven't heard of before. I actually hadn't seen the sheer size of the vampire super consecrate before and (as someone who mostly looks for PvP potential) it has me rethinking my boring kyrian pick.
Hopefully one day I'll be one of the ones people have heard of! This was quite the project after I decided I was going to do each class. Glad I was able to provide you with some value, even if that means making your decision tougher lol.
@@Treran Not sure if you have a background that gave you a stronger initial start (or maybe you are just more of an organized person) but even looking at your older videos shows you had a much more solid start than I did on youtube (I gave it a really disorganized half hearted attempt). I was pretty impressed even looking back at your first video on this channel. Starting with so popular a game as your focus can make it hard to break into the industry, but I hope you have the confidence to keep going because I really think your talent level is well above average.

@@Treran honestly this was a huge nerf since vanquishers hammer doesn't interact with final reckoning anymore. You used to be able to get really big hits with Vanquishers Hammer.
Divine toll is deadly. I can round up mobs do one rotation then slap Divine toll on them and watch them all drop like flies and. Protection Palidan are beasts.
Just one thing you could have done better here is when showing off the soulshape, rather than just spamming jump, you should have showed off the move speed increase vs normal movement and how the teleporting looks when you reuse the skill.
I'll keep this in mind for future videos, that's a great idea showing a comparison side by side. I don't think I'll be able to fit it in the rest of this series. I'm still learning a ton and I appreciate your feedback!
The only good one for ret Paladins is the one from maldraxxus. Which is a shame because that doesn’t fit the theme at all. Bastion is a really strong pick for prot and holy. But sucks for ret
Bastion is great for Mythic+, and there's a conduit that can help with the single target damage. It kind of depends on what content you're trying to do. Have you selected a Covenant yet? I'm just curious.😀
Aesthetically it doesn't seem to fit you're right. But you have to remember in Shadowlands we're in an entirely different realm. They aren't good/evil, they just have a job to sort souls... or had until the Jailer started sucking up all the souls. Kyrian seems a likely fit for a Paladin, but they basically brain wash those trying to "ascend." And the Night fae, they're too nice... something's going on there lol. All that said, I hope you're having fun in Shadowlands!

I think you should have mentioned the stewards healing potion which is quite nice since it heals 20% of your hp
I really really want night fae or venthyr to work. but as a hpally Divine toll is just too good to pass up.

As a Ret Paladin I can't not take Night fae. The movement in soulshape is just too good for a spec with no movement.
That plate armor is just no good, though.
I am thinking about that too, but the blessings are so trash
All I can think is getting the cool down reduction blessing as an enhance shaman would be AMAZING.
