Sorry, but Sunshine is overrated as fvck. She can't sing as smooth as Rachel, or as high as Mercedes, her riffs are very basic, she doesn't know who play with dynamics. All she has is power and volume, which Rachel and Mercedes already have, but her voice and technique are far from perfect, or even good for that matter.

The part in Les Mis that always gets me is the "to love another person is to see the face of God," trailing off into the hushed chorus of, "Do you hear the people sing, lost in the valley of the night." That combined with Eponine joining in with Fantine at the end always gives me chills.

So amazing!!! And so many more moments from theater must have given u chills! Great job on narrowing it down.

I saw a performance of Phantom in 2003 when I visited New York and let m tell you, whomever was playing the Phantom had me overcome when he sang, "you alone can make my song take flight," in the big finale. Their Christine was actually kind of bad (Carlotta was actually a better singer lol), but their Phantom was great. UGH I can't imagine the collective annoyance when the live action Beauty and the Beast left out If I Can't Love Her and replaced it with Evermore.

1. RENT is my forever musical. i saw the OG cast on stage and it has forever stuck with me. 2. To be a choir member in that massive performance of Les Mis would have been a dream. 3. That one scene from Spring Awakening could have easily been 1 episode in Glee. 4. The till i hear you sing is outstanding song but so is Beauty Underneath from Love Never Dies. 5. So I actually got to see Daniel in both how to succeed and in merrily we roll along recently and I would say like I enjoyed his performance in both, but it’s very clear to me that his home is the stage now. It seemed like stunt casting at the time so you’re totally correct for including him in this but like for example I wouldn’t include his role in merrily as stunt casting anymore because he’s clearly made a name for himself on Broadway I mean, I think this is his fifth Broadway show and he’s nominated for a Tony award for this role, I think he’s earned his spot - he’s been living in New York for 10 years doing theater on and off.

It’s like they don’t take it seriously
