Notes: 1) VSync has moved under Settings > Emulation > VSync 2) You can also get into the per-game config on the game list screen by Right-Click (on game) > Properties. This will have all options available, but no real-time preview. Good if you already know what you're after and quicker than getting in-game. Thanks for the video!

The N64 is the only console where I choose not to tinker with the emulation settings. For me, that blurry, lo-res look (as though the entire screen has been smeared with Vaseline) is so intrinsic to the N64's aesthetics. Removing that look via emulation settings would be akin to removing the colour clash from ZX Spectrum games, in my opinion. I'm usually all for upscaling and making emulated games looks better than they originally did, but the N64 is an exception.

Seems xbox one controller has issues with certain shooters the cross hair doesn't start off in middle its fixated to either top left corner or right corner and when you move it with joystick it bounces right back to the off centered point. Is it recommended to use xbox 360 with xinput file.. I haven't tried Sony dualshock ps4 .. hopefully that runs correctly..ty for the help getting things this far for myself this emu is a configuration nightmare but soon worth it love star wars triology

How about a way to add slowdown to Sonic on MD? The game is too fast, platformers don't work like that.

Hi thanks for doing this. Just curious, I can get it all to work with the new UI. I shoot the 2 boxes etc. But my gun aim is way off, bottom right corner as a matter of fact. I grabbed your supermodel ini from the launchbox forums as well and dropped that in the appropriate folder in the Supermodel main dir. Any idea what this could be? Do I actually have to go in the service menu of a game and calibrate there as well? Thank you!! EDIT: LA Machine Guns works fine however. Could it be a hint that for Lost World you also have an NVRAM file called "calibrated for 4:3 resolutions?" And somehow I'm missing a piece of info there? I have a 4K display, but play in 4:3 mode. So I don't go widescreen or stretch the image. Thanks EDIT 2: now aiming in lost world works because in the UI I chose my native resolution of 3840 x 2160. Just one other thing, when I aim straight down the center of the screen, the alignment is perfect but when I move to the left or right, a slight disparity emerges between where I point the gun and where the crosshairs are. Can that be remedied somehow?

I'm confused the Rosalies Mupen GUI that I have installed has a dark theme and the anti aliasing and anisotropic settings only go up to 8 not 16. It says we have the same version RMG version.

Awesome tutorial ty very much.. I have a issue with LA MACHINEGUNS. The cross hair will always move to the right side of screen if I let off the left joystick. So I can move it where I want but it's like a magnet pulling the cross hair right side.. is there any fix or setting I could change to correct this. Thanks for all the hard work cheers friend

Blending Accuracy for God of War 1 and 2 is best set to medium. When set to basic, the ambient fog is less dense and disappears from some rooms.

The best thing is that this emulator even support achievements. The only reason I had for using Retroarch with PS1.

Wonder if you have a list of recommended settings for mgs1 on the latest duckstation version?

Man this video is exhaustive, you change the settings and at the end of the video you change them back. I just wanted to make them look better based on your recommendations, and this could be done in a 5 minutes video.

mgs1 doesnt work with overclock. It stays at 20fps on intense scenarios. Shame
