As a gamer who owns everything at this point. Consoles are so much more convenient than a gaming PC.

I've heard people say "Go with an open mind, don't compare it with previous FF games, compare it to something like DMC", well, that isn't much help either.

Until I watched this video I didn't know why I was drawn to playing Wayfinder. When I was younger, Darksiders had Devil may Cry were some of my favourite games. Since I played it though and to this day in my opinion the best game I've ever played was Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning. I even recently downloaded a game I thought looked like it could be fun from the PS store Monkey King. What do all those games have in common? THQ Nordic so I guess it was inevitable I'd love Wayfinder.

They need to improve the Performance! I can play far cry 6 on max settings and cyberpunk without RT but not FFXVI on Low??? This doesn't feel right... My framerate ist between 10 and 100 FPS, no Joke! And Sometimes I dont even touch anything... 100 > 90 > 80 > 100 > 10 > 90 > 10 > 120 > 10 What can I do? Is there any usefull Mod rn? Nexus Guys have already noodle mods... Maybe help to fix the Game First? Priorities my Friends!^^ No one Is downloading your Mod, when No one can play it on PC.

Idk, it was fine but the vast amounts of monotonous exposition in every cutscenes made me lose interest.

The LFR ruined WoW. Maybe a local system would have worked, but making me group with a bunch of a-holes from some other server instead of finding some new warrior and teaching him to tank just kind of ruined the game for me. Granted I had my first son in WoTL and I no longer had the time to do dungeons for an entire afternoon, that could have been rectified given the direction they took in dungeon design anyway.

See the problem with modern consoles they have forgotten what their purpose was. Consoles are supposed to be the poor man's gaming option, and the companies were actually supposed to take a loss on the console sales and make it up in the game sales. Also, they are not supposed to have all the bells and whistles, and they're supposed to be extremely simple to use.

I love mostly every single moment of the game and I'm still trying combos this very day :)

Didn’t play poe 1 or Diablo 4 but Poe 2 feels like the true Diablo 3. 6 hours in on the early access build and all I can say is wow.

Thanks man, I'll be dropping ZZZ soon. I used to ignore this video. But now I'm genuinely starting to feel my brain rot playing thesse repetetive fights, content and events. So soulless and braindead boring. All of it to get the next shiny character. There are so many better games out there, with more interesting characters, that won't just shut down, erasing all my progress when it isnt making enough money. I played it for the animation and characters, but the actual game is so....bland... Its just not worth your time, especially when it all gets shut down in 7 years.

Latest graphics card rtx 5090 alone costs 2000 dollars plus. Building a powerful updated PC will cost 3000 or more. In addition, I have a 65 inch oled TV with dolby atmos speakers and a subwoofer. This is because I watch a lot of movies on Netflix at home and it happens to make my console gaming much more engaging than pc gaming on my desk, especially since I do not play fps but play mostly open world rpgs. This is why I play console games =)

I disagree, the UI and visuals in-game aren't divine at all. They look like a shitty mobile game.

I recently wanted to couch co-op with my gf and found out that PC games rarely provide that option. Even though most of the games I wanted to play hadba console veraion WITH support for couch co-op. That should change!

My PS5 and Xbox X are my last consoles I’m ever buying, I just went to PC and never going back

Bought the game over Christmas 2024. Very glad I did. I was honestly reluctant after the price of trash that was FF15. This was an excellent game. There are certain story points that feel co trived and I feel the loot system could be better… but over all this is an 8/10 in my book. Loved it. So frankly if you haven’t notice most people disagree with you. So is it a bad game or are you just trying to play edge-lord by hating on it because it’s a popular series?

Not to mention the Steam Deck is a great option for those who want the library of the PC without the complications or price. The Steam Deck is less expensive than the PS5 pro. If you want convenience and more games, get a Steam Deck. If you want to prioritize performance, then you might as well get a PC. Sure it costs more initially, but between the Steam deals and not paying for online you'll ultimately pay less anyway. I played on consoles for a long time, but after seeing Sony charge $700 for a console that can't even play discs I'm done. They were already on thin ice with charging for online play. But most importantly, do whatever you want. If you still want to play on consoles despite these issues, don't let some random person on the internet tell you not to. But I hope more people will consider their options, because many consoles will get better if enough people are willing to look into alternatives.

It's my first and only Diablo I've played and I love it. Probably because I can't compare it to anything or see that it's missing something. My point is people that play this as their first won't see anything wrong with it. I got friends with the same circumstance and they genuinely love the game.

22:01 actually were not the Minority. PC makes up 43% of the Gaming Market and Consoles Collectively makes up 57%, xbox only making up 13% of the Market. Also the Growing PC Handheld market makes it Clear. Gamers really don't care about Graphics we Care about Fun, Gameplay. The Most popular Games, even on PC, never have the Best Graphics. The Entry point to PC has also never been Cheaper. If you're Retro Gamer that want to play Newish Games just get an Beelink with an AMD APU or an Ace Magician the APUs in those PCs are similair to the APU in them as the Steam Deck but Obviously not as Powerful or Optimized. Not to mention the Steam Deck the Cheapest model is the same Price as the Alternatives I just Mentioned. Actually the APUs in those are similair enough to the Deck's that you can Flash the Steam Deck Recovery Image onto them and it will Install and run Steam OS 3. Just use the Reimage Option and not the Reinstall Option

I don't understand why they don't try to build gaming consoles that can be a server as well (at best while playing) if all is handled by the consoles that run the game a server would be necessary. I rather had fever people when playing online than having to pay a subscription for it to work at all

Scaling of mobs and gear is a total immersion killer for me ever since Blizz introduced it into WOW:BFA. You can't get any sense of power gain if you go back to an older zone and can't one shot the mobs there. I'm pretty sure it was a deliberate strategy to keep ppl playing longer. All those extras seconds add up. Your vide hit so many great points! BUT! Unfortunately it took Blizz a year to do things they never had any intention to do in the first place until player base outcry. When players have to tell devs what to do it shows even now they are tone deaf and as long as players keep forgiving them and shilling out for "product" after "product" there will never be the incentive to make their games great from the get-go. You can't call it a _"great game"_ once production quality has been amputated.

Every single final fantasy has tons of personality, you liking them or not. The only FF game that is extremely generic is Ff XVI. Completely forgetable. The industry and gamers in general care little to nothing about this game. A lot of people hate XIII or XV, but they both had a ton of personality and people tend to call those as waste of potential. For XVI, people dont bother about it at all

I have Linux, so, when a game cannot be played on my system, I buy it and play it on console.

i got a series s with gamepass for this gen, not bcs the gen hypes me tho. i played few things that hooked me, just bcs it has games from all xbox gens. i'm way more hyped in retro games than modern these days.
