I have a house at a 2.5% interest rate, I will never make an extra payment on the mortgage because at this rate it’s better to invest the extra cash and beat inflation than pay off something at a lower rate than inflation. Just my 2 cents and cash is not king. If it were, every rich person wouldn’t own stocks or other investments

In '18 I found what I wanted, a '11 e90 M3 in Interlagos Blue, black interior, sunroof and JUMPED to get it without seeing it in person. I put my trust in a broker who fu*ked me! Never again! After owning it for 5 years and still dealing with the issues that the broker neglected to address I sold it. Perhaps if would have got it without the issues I would still own it. Having it for 5 years and having 5 years of problems that I didn't anticipate it wore on me and soured me. Next time...I will take my time and insist on seeing the car in person and taking it on a PPI.
