That is a cute apartment, but really compact. It seems to be conveniently located and I suppose the price is consistent with the location in Zona Romantica.

Visitors to the Romantic Zone will find very quickly that the majority of occupants are Gay.
I am not saying this negatively, only think it is fair that visitors know this fact.
