Where do I find the golden color motor mounts? I don’t know how they are called hahaha!
@@toto14101 they are called dirty dingo engine mounts.
Very cool video thanks man
No problem thanks for watching
Hello! How could I find the engine mounts that you use?
Search dirty dingo slider mounts for your year model. I got mine from az pro performance but many places offer them.
@@SIMPLE.C10 and the golden color ones? Thanks for the reply!!
Your garage is awesome
@@leebrown2790 thanks a lot!
What is the thread size on the hose coming from the compressor
3/8npt
Do you remember which u-bolts and blocks you used. I bought the watts kit, tinworks trailing arms from you so I want to use what you use 100%
It’s the velaworks rear diy slam kit from my website.
Ok thanks sir. Those blocks look a lot bigger in pic then they do on truck!!
@@DallasRCracing you have to cut them down to whatever size you need. If you have tinworks arms you cut them down to 3 inches instead of 4
@@SIMPLE.C10thank you
sorry for all the questions but which hobart welder are you using?
so a SIRIUS Xm app on phone would be streamable to this thing?
Yea. Any sound that comes through your phone will work through Bluetooth.
I am trying to figure out if I need the monster notch or not. How do I know what size notch I need? I am trying to run 20 inch rims. And put in a air ride. What is best for me? I am working on a 1972 chevy c10 stepside truck. I am wanting to use my factory trailing arm's.
@@ronaldlevingston31 it depends on how low You want to go. With a mini notch you’re not going to get the truck close to the ground. I’ve mini notched a few and regretted it. I wished I had laid it out.
I am wanting to laid it all the way out. And I see some tucks when they are laid out the front tires on some trucks the top of the be leaning in. What will stop that from happening?
@@ronaldlevingston31 most bagged vehicles will have some front wheel camber when fully aired out. You can fix that with an aftermarket drop member but those are expensive. Mine have slight camber but doesn’t look bad.
@SIMPLE.C10 ok thanks. When I start on my truck this winter. I will be order from your site.
@@ronaldlevingston31 thank you
Had to come bk and look at your video im about to cut min out with your temple i got from you so ican put my transport wheels on 💯🙌

Have you thought about using rivnuts to hold the speakers in?
@@dannysteveson6718 now that I do a lot of rivnut stuff I would. Back in the day I didn’t use that much.
@@SIMPLE.C10 well either way still came out great
Nice 👍 just bought some of these and did just about the same thing!
Awesome
Do you know of any parts places that I might find a decent pair of doors for a 1963 c10?
I’ve never bought doors but AMD is a good choice but depends on who you ask.
@@SIMPLE.C10 Thanks, they don’t make them for the 60-63.
O popping! YYYYEEEESSS!!❤❤❤ free rides?😊🎉🎉

I have a 66 C-10 Fleetside sm window too.
Nice truck but ruined by being a crane dragger
Thankfully I can lift it up to any height I want! So cool.
Why did the sway bar have to go? does it not work with the bagged set up?
Sounds amazing

Truck looks GREAT ! I appreciate you sharing your work and the products that go into your builds . Keep up the AWESOME work ! You motivate me .
@@tobymoore5751 thank you for the support
Yeah, he really fucked that thing up. Why is it so fucking low like a little boy car colored black hole and they need to be jacked up but I had that the hole underneath would be gone that would take it to the woods 80 miles an hour through the forest.
@@user-sh6ol6st3k It’s called air ride suspension. I can raise it up with a push of a button. If you’re interested in learning how it works check out my page. Thanks!
Very nice and clean install on the air ride!! I like how simple this set up was to do, I have a 92 s10 that I still need to finish up. Would this kit work for me?
Hello I have a question I don’t know if you can help me I’m building a 61 but my frame dose not have Front Bed Mount Brackets I don’t know if you have a video or know what size it is
what did you do to keep rear end centered? what kind of arm?
@@DallasRCracing watts link I have available on my website www.simplec10.co also have multiple videos on it.
Another job well done
@@dannysteveson6718 thanks
Enjoyed the video! Liked the fact you are organized and maintaining tidiness during installation and as well your garage-well kept. I am the same way...aka, its your work ethic.
Thsnks a lot. I don’t have a large space so have to keep it organized to utilize the space best. I work better with a clean environment. It gets rough during install sometimes.
Sounds good!!
Thanks
Glad I found this video, thanks man 😎
Thanks for watching
Where can I find this bracket for the tank and airlift 3P?!
Only website www.simplec10.co
Thanks for the informative video!! I just picked up a 62 Fleetside. As you know it has torsion bars in the front. I think porter built makes a kit for these trucks. do you know of any others and or have any suggestions on bagging a 62?
Velaworks has a torsion delete kit that allows you to bag the front and they have a universal notch for the back.
@@SIMPLE.C10 Thank you, haven't looked at them.
I love the videos I just finished putting in my floor pans an inter and outer rockers these videos inspire me to keep working thanks for the videos
@@abelmaldonado6643 awesome! Keep grindin!
Looks good you need to get some wireless mics
@@briangoudreau5793 Thanks for watching. I do have a very nice wireless DJI mic but it died after the intro because it was off the charger. I feel like all my videos have been very clear besides a few minutes of this one. Are you having trouble hearing any of my other latest videos?
@@SIMPLE.C10 like you said a few in the past but this one was tough I was watching it in the shop music was fine but hearing you was tough. I didn’t realize you had mics if I’m in the shop most of the time it’s just background noise
@briangoudreau5793 this video was a struggle because of the cicadas. If you watch the videos on tv or a phone they have been very clear and high quality. I invested a lot into mics to make sure people could hear me. On my end everything sounds great but I’m thankful for the feedback. The later half of the video had very loud cicadas and my mic was dead so probably that’s the issue.
💯🙌 truck looks good great explanation on the install

Will it run to a second amp?
I believe so

Hey, what’s up man? Great video question for you. with the bed of the truck on, I am having problems taking my rims and tires off and on. It’s almost as if I don’t have enough room to squeeze them between the fenders and the axle. Just wondering if you had to trim that fender lip to fit rims on? I am running 22 inch Transport rims.
@@joshsbluecollarbuildsdesig7427 did you bore the back or running spacers ? I have same issue with spacers. I put longer shocks on the truck and it helped. The shocks were limiting the travel.
@@SIMPLE.C10 i’m running an air ride. It’s a Porter built frame. I have no wheel spacers. I had the rims board and they were cut also. I just didn’t know if I had to cut the lip off the truck bed. Didn’t want to cut any more off the bed then I had to.
@@joshsbluecollarbuildsdesig7427 gotcha. What rear end and what year is your truck? I didn’t trim any fender but it’s a tight fit. I’d say with the porterbuilt frame it makes it even harder.
@@SIMPLE.C10 it a 1962. I put it on a 64 frame. Nathan From Porterbuilt sent me an a rear end out of a 64. So it’s just your standard rear end out of a 64 C10.
One of the more difficult parts of a build is getting the right parts that work correctly together to achieve the goal of the build. Your parts list and where to buy them listed in the description are a huge help for anyone wanting to build one. Very generous!
Thanks for the encouragement. I agree! That’s what made me want to start doing this.
