On the outside you could get it where you want drill it with a 1/8 bit and use clecos to hold in place. Then one at a time drill out to the 3/8 hole a bit more work but easier to hold in place
Yeah those inner fenders are nice, You know I was being told that the CB arms that are giving me clearance problems is rare. For over fifteen years know one has had this problem with the arms and I am puzzled by that because I think the backspacing I have is pretty common so I am stuck
Another great video can’t wait to get mine put in!! Now that you know the measurements that you use for the holes to be drilled. Can you do that on the bench instead of on the truck? Or would it be wise to do it on the truck since like you said in the video every truck is different?
Travis do you roll the fenders? I just used simple guide and cut out fenders piece of cake purchased inner fender covers can’t wait for that I like watching the videos a few times burn it in the brain hahaha
Hi! Like your videos, but! That’s stupid… All water and dirt is going between the new and old inner fenders. It’s going to rust! Cut away all of the old inner fenders!
I respect your opinion. The tricky thing is, if you cut away all the inner fenders you can’t reuse your factory hinges. Maybe there’s a middle ground I could consider. I appreciate it.
Otis is always stepping up the game those new rear arms are 🔥🔥
Yea he’s killing it!
just ordered this whole fender kit today Im super pumped
Awesome man! Thank you.
These covers look sweet. Can’t wait to get going on me 63

I do not roll the fenders. Thanks for your support! Glad it worked out for you!
Where there no front covers before? Or just to match?
Factory ones. Yes to match
Let’s see what’s new you are doing to lucky 0:00
Thanks for watching!
Travis , do you still have the CB arms on your truck while installing the inner fender covers

You should tell him where you drill yours maybe he can dimple die the holes directly 😊
He offers some with dimples on the outside but I liked this style. Good idea!
Put your tape in the microwave for 10 sec.
For sure try that next time. Thanks.
Poor Francis
Lol

@@SIMPLE.C10 that’s true. Bolt on stuff like that would probably have issues however it’s made 😅
@@christoferrud9884 it’s an upgrade from just having a huge hole in your fender throwing stuff in your engine bay. Been there done that.
