They are very tight! If you have a small socket tool you can use that to help get a little leverage trying to break it loose

I can’t find this specific patch shape anywhere online.

I don’t have a digitial file, it’s an option that’s built into the appliqué options in the Chroma Luxe software

Hello! There is a dial on the back of your machine that your can manually turn. Your main axis numbers are in the left top corner of the screen. Turn the knob until it reads at 100 and then you can hit start

Great question! I leave it like this for everything. I believe I got better results on my flats this way as well

Thank you! That was in the digitizing. I put the image in chroma and just digitized the borders of the image. Then when I printed for the sublimation press, I just made sure I printed it the same size I had it in chroma

Good question! You can tell from the top of your design, by checking if the thread is either being pulled down into the shirt to much or if it is looking loose on the top. If it’s being pulled down into the material, than your bobbin thread is to loose compared to your top thread. If it is “looping” or loose on the top, then your bobbin thread is to tight in comparison to the top thread. I have a video on here in front of a white board, it explains how you can read your tension from the back side of the design. Which is the traditional way of doing it.

I only do that on hats, and it’s because of the concave shape of the hat itself. It’s not going to stitch out in the natural flow like a flat would. So it just makes it easier to get it lined up. But honestly, we should be buying the right equipment for attaching patches to a hat rather than using the embroidery machine lol

I don’t know if I’ve ever heard the song 😅 and I always hoop mine whichever direction leaves the least amount of fabric hanging on the backside of the machine. I think it’s preference really.
