My AHU did that too, not the whole valve, just a small chunk out the edge, did plenty of damage though! i was gutted, that engine was running sweet until it wasnt!!

What if you just need the boot CV axle I bought new from vw I put about 20,000 miles on it did not make noise but boot got a tear in it and started leaking can you take off the end without having to replace it

hi, the fuel flows from where the 4 black caps are pulled over the injector ports in your video, and the fuel comes out at the base of one of the black cap ports, what can I do about it?

There is a setting in VCDS for off road EGR to limit the function a bit.
