I am presently staying at LaCosita, I have tried in vain to extend for 50 days to no avail.. Reception at LaCasita will not communicate with me and refers me to a Booking agent whom I originally booked months ago and paid then Bt950 a day for 7 days, so it sounds like B/S to me. I now have an equal facility for only one-third of the booking company's price and just as good for 50 days not far away. My only contact with the owner of the condo is through LaCasita reception and that is not forthcoming. I was happy to pay the advertising fee here...Their loss. PS ...The hot plates do not work they say I have to contact the owner to have them fixed but???, they make that impossible. They don't give out owners' names.

You will need to check Thailand's visa policy for the country of the passport you will use. Each country is different, so best to check official routes.
