Hello! My name is Rachel and I'm from Northamptonshire. I love the outdoors and spending time with nature. This gives me a great sense of being, peace and joy. I love rambling in the countryside, mostly in my home county however I do from time to time venture further afield. I particularly like walking in the Chilterns, Peak District and the Lake District.

Rambling is more than a hobby or a form of exercise, it's a way of life. Rambling helps me build resilience and deepens my connection with 'everything'. It's how I find myself and purpose in the world.

Walking in the outdoors has significantly improved my mental wellbeing and would encourage others to do the same, especially in your local area. You might be surprised what hidden natural treasures you might find along the way. I hope my journey will encourage others to pursue their own path outdoors.
