I personally would like to know how you advanced in your role as a PM. Did you specifically try to learn the skills necessary to become a project leader, or did it come naturally the more experience you had? Also, thank you for sharing your journey in such an honest way. Congrats and keep going
hi edvin - thank you for your support. honestly, it was a combination of many things. early on i think one of the most important things to strive for is building your knowledge - truly strive to know as much as you can about your company. your knowledge can take you far - it’ll help you with your decision making & you will be more confident in the decisions you make. a combination of luck (in opportunity), growing your knowledge base & showing demonstrated success in what you have owned can help expedite your journey
Hi , I watches most of your videos. I'm manager in South Korea and I found out this channel with a key word, project manager.I aslo am planning to get PMP license to become project leader in the future. But here's thing. English is still my second language but I have to call and speak english so it would be great if you share good tips how to lead business meeting or call. It will be helpful too to americans i guee. *ps, i really like your accent and pronounciation. I think i wanna refer your video to use shadowing method.
Most of these things are waaaay out of reach for me but thank you for telling us everything in such a comprehensive way! 70 subscribers and counting and hopefully one day, everything in this video will be my story!
Hi Max, great content! Also PM here. It could be interesting to see how you use (Gen) AI in your work as a Project Manager on a daily basis. Greetings from Germany.
