Very happy that seems to be taking critiques of previous games into account & are giving us more marriage candidates who look & behave like adults. Has anyone heard if the marriages are gender-locked?

I'm in love with Ulalaka's design, she looks so pretty and gorgeous! This might be the first time in a game I might go after a girlie in one of my save files

Definitely getting this game, possibly on day 1! So far I’m loving what I’m seeing. Especially the village building and some of the marriage candidates have cool designs. Can’t wait to see more!

I didn’t know you played rune factory!!! You need to play the other games if you haven’t already!!!! YOU MUST the romance in rf3 rf4 and 5 especially is so incredible and better than any harvest moon/sos game easily Rykers romance in RF5 made me shed actual tears and Leon and dylas romance in RF4 and ravens romance in RF3 also made me sob like a baby

Kai, Ikaruga and Cuilang look interesting. So happy there are lots of candidates, everyone should find a favorite 😄

My favorite female is probably Iroha. I really love the Japanese maid outfit My favorite male is probaly Ikaruga But the character the interest me the most is Clarice Also really surprised about DLC candidates

murasame and pilika are probably the only ones i like. I just hope this game isnt like 90% genshin clone 10% farming : ( definitely not buying the fancy box version this time after they screwed us out of our money shipping us that horribly unbalanced, janky, broken gifting system, RF5 with its ugly ass monster models.

Both of the dlc characters are my favorite. Fubuki, mauro and hina also seem cool. Both mc seem okay. I think I will go for cuilang

I appreciate the bachelorettes being different silhouettes in line with the bachelors now. In previous games the bachelorettes had the same cutesy petite shape. Especially in 5.

Hmm I'm a little worried.. Most of the candidates are gods and it mentions autumn and spring village. Are they going to invest in who the people are in the villages?

The tragedy as a lesbian excited about this game is Kaguya is probably the hottest design for me but I am going to be playing her. For me tier of characters goes like Clarice > Hina > Murasame > Kanata > Pilika > Ulalaka > Iroha But none of them are like awful, which is what I felt about RF5 where ever girl looked like a 13 year old and I was just not interested in playing the game, I would on the face of it be happy with dating any of the girls.

Decisions, decisions. Kai, Kurama & Murasame struck me as the most interesting. I'll have to wait to see their personalities in the game.

I'm so glad they moved away from marriage candidates that come across as like 15. That was super uncomfortable and I thought it an odd choice, since it alienates adult players, while younger players won't be put off by adult candidates. I also like the clothes a lot better. Some of the design choices last game were distractingly bad. Hina's mom just looks like she forgot to put on pants, rather than having an outfit that shows off her legs in a way that makes sense. The mayor's outfit is an incoherent mix of incompatible elements that makes her hard to look at. These outfits, by contrast, are perfectly coherent and coordinated. Anyway. I like the designs of a lot of these characters, but I'll have to get a better feel for their personalities to pick a favorite. Leaning toward Kurama.

Char designs have never been an issue for me and a lot of these are great. While not the biggest reason why I dropped Rune Factor 5, I did have an issue with its romance slightly in the fact that with the SNAIL pacing, it felt like it was taking forever to get to know the chars too, even when you give them gifts they loved. But yeah I hope Azuma improves the overall pacing and simplifies the farming mechanics. I wasn't even able to finish RF5's main story because I just got tired of the gameplay, despite the story being good and the chars being amazing. Because I want to give this game a chance. I think eventually I will try picking up RF5 to see if I can at least complete the main story and see if the pacing and farming mechanics were my biggest issues, because I did like it a lot at first. I think it was just getting too complicated and this just proves to me that gameplay will always be the most important thing to me.

I've already preordered! Hard to chose, but I can hardly wait to be a disaster lesbian hahahaha

All of them look great! It’ll be tough to choose! Kurama’s description makes me laugh a bit because I can instantly picture a version of him in our day and age where he’s obsessed with video games

I love this! It looks good! I played all the rune factories but I didn't like any of them except 4, 4 was like....the perfect game. I have hope for this one!

I’m so excited! I’m a massive RF fan and I’ve been waiting eagerly for this title since it was announced!

It hurts me so bad that the special edition is, again, only for switch and since RF5, i really REALLY don't trust in the performance of the switch at all when playing games like this! <.< So i guess im gonna, once again, buy the special edition and the pc version of it and my wallet will just cry the whole summer long but yeah... ... Ah dang Inazuma Eleven is gonna release this year too! GOD MY POOR WALLET GAD DAMMIT JAPAN!!!
