Im so happy you made this video. I am completely new to the series and havent played yet. I want to as i love magical girl anime genre and cute games in general. Im also new to these styles of RPGs, as ive only really played GBA RPGS and older console ones lol. Im looking for one of these for my Switch, but im unsure which one to start with. Im afraid to ruin the story or miss out with anything. I want one that has a good mixture of gameplay (attacks, etc), and exploring. Would you say these are open world like at all??? Would you say this video still stands in this perspective in 2024?? Idk how many new have been made since this video. Id really like to learn more of this series and choose a really great one for me to start with. Yes i would like one with great-excellent graphics, but they all seem to have pretty good graphics. But gameplay is more important to me, and ease for a new-comer like me. If i like the series, i plan to "collect" them all. Even if unnecessary; as i do with things i like LOL

I was neglected as a kid, and Pokemon games were always kind of the way I escaped from that environment. Coming back to the franchise with a Switch more than a decade later, in my mid 30s, and I am in love! Like, I definitely get your criticisms, but I have enjoyed Scarlet / Violet - and Sword and Shield made me cry, lol. Hop's story was so cute, and I was so invested. I am saving Areceus for last, because the new legends is coming out soon! :) But I've been having a blast in all of them, and I am SO EXCTED :D Also, I remember kind of falling off because some of the Pokemon designs just started to feel REALLY unappealing at a certain point, but I feel like these new games are great - and the new Pokemon designs are beautiful all around! Some things are kind of weird, but they definitely aren't a bag of literal garbage, lol.

Oddly enough, I bought the game years ago when it was at a playable and better state, but I didn't try it out until the release of the "new version" in 2022, when the new devs took over. It was shockingly buggy and completely unplayable then, and it seems like all the complaints went in one ear and out the other. The current "very negative" score at 10% says it all, as if the previous "mixed" score in 2023 wasn't already a hint. What a hot mess for a promising game.

The pet companion I chose to follow me was my pet Kitsune Okami (lol). My ride is a blue Velocirapter. 😂🎉

Honestly i never really having crops for profit lol, eventho i know the crops selling price is more lucrative than the OG games, its just i prefer to use my crops for cooking instead.

I wish the children had a male and female option, not just what the parent is. Idk if you can dress them differently, but that would be nice too. Playing as a female and want either Matthew or Lumina. I'd rather Lumina but I'd like a boy child this time around. Oh I also like Nami as an option. I got full affection with Molly without even trying. Need to propose soon. I have full affection with Molly & Lumina already but close with Matthew and Nami. Sorry I ramble lol. Thanks again!🤗 They need more marriage candidates, especially in this one since it's the main goal. I find the male options off putting in these games for the most part.😑

I only just started seriously playing this game even though I've had it for a while.🎮 I only knew of the triangle game which I've won every time so far.🔺 Can't say my favorite since I haven't tried the others.🤔 I knew there were more, that's how I ended up here.🤓 I'd say by the rewards, I definitely prefer the triangle game judging by the rewards.🎁 Thanks for the info!😊

I played the new DLC a bit over the weekend...and I'm loving it! The hardest part for me is trying to remember which buttons to push, but that's nothing against the game and all on me! (it's like me playing the new LoZ game...I push the right button eventually😅) Still hadn't gotten around to getting a pet before the DLC dropped...but it turns out my alpaca can come with me! I would love a video about all of the new items!!!

I picked this game up and it became my favourite i used to play stardew a lot and mod it like quality of life improvements then i found coral island and havent touched stardew since, npcs on the maps, better decor character customization, tonnes of different pets, underwater farming, double the npcs ocean and land, hangout machinics. This game gets dogged on too much for being like stardew but its objectively the better game, it has a lot if bugs and its still being actively worked on but the devs work hard and are active, you make a bug report the devs ger back to you on it and talk gather info and most times its gone in the next patch, stardew has had years and years and years to build the game coral island hasnt been in development that long be patient

The museum is less like stardew and more like animal crossing

I was so happy when I installed the dlc and discovered that it added the robot that auto cleans the barn for you. I spent pretty much the entire game with an empty barn because having to clean up constantly got really annoying
