Hi, I'm Su! I'm a home chef who has been cooking for over 40 years. I created this channel to share my recipes with everyone who would like to try something new, simple, and tasty in the kitchen. Some of these recipes have been passed on to me by my mother and grandmother, and I love learning tonnes of new dishes along the way.
I love trying out all sorts of recipes, from Indian to Chinese, and even Japanese to Western cuisines. I hope you join me on my food adventure!

Easy NASI GORENG IKAN BILIS | Su's Cookbook
Recipe for NASI GORENG IKAN BILIS (Quick & Easy Anchovy Fried Rice 😋😋😋)
By Su’s Cookbook ❤️
Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Store-bought fried rice sambal paste
Long beans, chopped
Egg/s
Red chilli, sliced
Oil for cooking
White pepper powder
These 2 are Optional, ⬇️ as sambal paste is seasoned with salt. I used very little though ☺️
Seasoning powder & Light soy sauce
Dry blend coarsely:
Handful of cleaned ikan bilis
Handful of shallots
Steps:
Heat up a little oil in a wok. Soft scramble the egg/s and set it aside.
Add a little more oil, then add the coarsely grounded ingredients and beans until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
Now, add in the rice, the sambal paste (adjust to the rice amount) and mix. Add very little seasoning powder & soy sauce (Optional).
A dash of pepper powder and sprinkle a little water if necessary.
Lastly, add in the scrambled egg. Blend everything together. Turn off the heat.
Garnish with sliced red chillies and daun sup ( celery leaves) . Enjoy 😊
