The vibration is normal tho once the bikes on the ground it doesn’t vibrate as much as when its sitting on the stand like that but i dont run any rubber washers because i torque everything to spec an that wouldn’t allow for correct torque spec. Definitely wanna use lock tite if its a race bike can’t afford anything coming loose

Yeah not sure what you hearing lol but definitely not lean on that vm26 especially with the stock exhaust its got a 22.5 pilot and clips in the middle its fat judging by the spark plug and how it feels riding it. Once we get the D3 in well go back to the 190 main and adjust the air screw accordingly an see where that leaves us, if its around 1.5 turns out the pilot is money and then well text the needle an main iet.. trust me ill get it dialed right in just like i do the carbs on all my other bikes 🤙🏼

@@Cracker-Barrel no i dont run the 5 speed or electric start engines because this 4 speed non electric start engine is stronger. I race motocross so want it light as possible and strong as possible the 4 speed is stronger transmission than the 5 not sure exactly why but it just is..

@@JacksonHedlund352 unfortunately you can’t anymore they were hand made in house at BBR they only made about 250 of these bikes so they are really rare and expensive when you do find them for sale. All the plastic on this bike was made by BBR for this bike

I have ASV lever on my brake side its mint not janky.. the clutch perch i like to run works connection on all my bike. Highly recommend them

@@stevepichereau5860 they came factory on this bike, i know there not made by pitsterpro and there is no branding on them so most likely just china made for pitsterpro when they made and sold these bikes

@@JesseK410 hello just a few questions please? I found the two vertical oil radiators, I would like to know, the hose bridge to connect the two radiators together, does it pass above your frame under the tank? through the frame or does it go underneath? thank you 🙏

@@hammondz83 this bike has a bigger frame and longer forks and swinger to accommodate the 14/17 inch wheels. You wouldn’t wanna put these wheels on a 12/14” wheel bike the things would look silly with such barley any travel in the suspension the tires barely have any room. This bikes designed for the big wheels so it works out

@@alexscott5990 yessir i did bore the cases i actually have a video a few months back going over everything from start to finish showing exactly how i did it aswell as listed all the parts i used with the part numbers in the description under the video. Im using the factory YX160cc gear box nothing special. Running 15 tooth front sprocket and 39T rear. She absolutely flys 💨

@JesseK410 yeah 02-09 fmf 4.1 fatty from back in the day and got a 02-09 pro circuit t4 don't know what I like more they both sound good

@@RileySimmon yeah there both decent i like the fmf better its just smaller muffler and i run the fmf on the big bikes but definitely the pipe you want, the header could be bigger if you go anything more than 160cc ide suggest doing a custom header pipe that larger diameter and then a bigger intake manifold if you go 201 deff gonna wanna run at least a 32mm carb

I don’t have a video on that i bought it but i did do the fork guards and i got a video on how i did them

@@JPSVisuals yeah thing is its really not that far in the neighborhoods behind and across the river always end up calling because people park in front of their houses and unload then fire then up and make all kinds of noise lol they dont like it

@@ryanmitchell1091 this isn’t a 170tx its a slowracer and they are the factory engine mounts.. this bike is left over old stock i got it when SSR moved thier location and they happened to find some frames that never got built, this is one of them but they stopped making these 70 based bikes in 2010

@@ryanmitchell1091 you can put a daytona in a TX frame without these mounts, they wouldn’t fit the TX frame anyways

@@traehodges3796 its actually original graphics from 2009 when BBR Motorsports sold them. They came on all the MM12p production bikes that they sold. Yeah you would have to have them re made by someone

@@JesseK410 do you know of any company that can assist with that I have the same kind of bike same plastics same frame style just it's not branded as a bbr but rebranded as an Orion Apollo I know the graphics kits for klx110 will fit just rear graphics would have to be trimmed but I know the rest of it basically slaps right on I would like to get the same graphics kit as what's on your bike or your mates bike whoever's it is

@@traehodges3796 im in the USA not sure of any companies in your area but im sure you could do a quick google search and find it. Show them a picture of my bike and they will make something like it i bet
