- First ride with the Factory Connection suspension just testing things out getting use to the new bike!
Also went from the stock 49 tooth sprocket to a 50 tooth and i like it much better, now i can hang in 3rd around turns instead of feeling like it wanted to be in 2nd. Highly recommend trying it out on the new 450s 👍🏼 - Розваги
Hey Jesse, killer video as always... On a different note I was wondering do your pit bikes have play on the rear shock bushings and swing arm? My piranha 190 finally came in and it's pretty awesome but does have quite a bit of play were the shock connect's the swing arm.
It shouldn’t have much if any play i would say its possible the shock bushings or the swingarm pivot bearings could be worn out. My bikes are all tight really no slop and very minimal movement if any. But my bikes have a lil different setup than the pirinha. My lower shock mount has a 5/8s metal bushing that actually pinches the lower shock bushing so there wont be any movement there. Most bikes only bolt in and often times it gets sloppy over time and even seen the actual bolt wear out and not be tight into the bearing any more you know what i mean?..
Okay, I figured it shouldn't have slop like that... It's brand new so it's not worn. I guess I will get the local machines to make me some bushings. Thanks again Jesse!

@@JesseK410 yeah if you get a chance check out wholesale cycles and you can see how the rear shock connects to the swingarm, when I put it together I thought it was a good design. Than when I put it on a stand so I could grease the swingarm bolt I felt it clunk, started looking figured it was the top shock mount but saw the movement. Called them and they said that all the piranha 190s do that... kinda bummed but I'm going to remedy the issue. I wanted to check with you because if your 190 did it than I would have left it alone. Sorry so long winded.
@@user-jh8wb4nl7h yeah looks like it just bolts up nothing to pinch the lower shock bushing. I also dont own a pirinha all my bikes are either SSR, BBR or Pitsterpro.. all 3 have different setup than the pirinha does, on my slowracer i had some play so what i did was drill and 5/8s hole and added a aluminum spacer that pinches the lower shock an keeps it from having any movement, only time ill get any play or slop is when the bushings are worn out. When i fixed that issue i also replaced the bolt with a new stainless steel one that doesn’t show any threads where it go through the bushing, ive seen some that the threads didn’t protrude completely thru that bushing an that can cause some movement bc its not the same diameter as the non threaded section of the bolt. Let me know how you make out and if i ever an around another pirinha ill have a look and see how much play they have. Some play is okay but you wouldn’t want to much as that could cause it to wear out the bushing quickly
did you just do a revlave or other upgrades to the internals? sent my fork and shock off this week to FC on the same bike.
So im 145lbs and ended up doing .48kg springs in the front and went to a 5.7 rear spring, it was revalved for my weight and for a expert rider…i chose to run the optional bladder cap for rear shock that helps with shock fade. I can say they nailed it im very happy with it..
