The iPod nano 5g- revisited and customised
Used iPods are incredibly cheap and easy to find these days. Although phones have completely taken over their functionality, I still find them relevant. Just like taking pictures with a dedicated camera, listening to music on such a device allows you to move away from distractions. I hope you found the video entertaining and inspiring!
Note:
This was just an experiment trying to use a 3d printer as a CNC- mill. The results could be better, but never as good as a dedicated machine. A lot could be learned by doing a conversion like this, so if you plan on replicating this idea, here are some videos that I found useful:

Lego model chair lift- revisited

Be sure to watch the original video from 6 years ago: ua-cam.com/video/ToLyuNJRw2I/v-deo.html As I realised that 6 years have passed by, I decided to film a better video of one of my most passionate projects. I stepped up my game by setting up the lift outdoors which made the whole video look a lot slicker and more professional. I hope you guys enjoyed the video and if you did, remember to like...
DIY 3d-printed telephoto lens (Sony E-mount)
Переглядів 25 тис.5 років тому
Be sure to watch last year's video where I made a 45mm lens: ua-cam.com/video/gnL0r0tSVdk/v-deo.html Although the pictures are far better than the ones from the 45mm lens, it would still not be a lens suitable for everyday usage. The lens is quite bulky, the lack of autofocus and the very dark aperture really aren't optimal. Nevertheless, it was definitely a worthy experience to build something...

Tilt-shift lens on a budget: Making a tilt-adapter from scratch
Переглядів 9 тис.6 років тому
BUY IT HERE: www.ebay.com/itm/312952722319 For a long time, i have wanted to recreate an effect in photography called tilt-shift. I found out that you can either use a specific tilt-shift lens or you can add this effect in post production. The tilt-shift lenses are great and produce amazing looking photograps, but they are very expensive. The other method doesn't require any special equipment; ...
Bookbinding DIY 2: making a notebook from scratch

A second attempt at book binding (the first one is at ua-cam.com/video/hpWcmVguMoA/v-deo.html): this time, we used sewing insted of the glueing, and we paid more attention to the video production as well. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below, as the aim of this video was to be more "cinematic" than informative. As always, thank you very much for watching! cameras: sony a6...

How to make custom chocolate medals!
Переглядів 2,7 тис.6 років тому
In this video, I will be showing how to design, print and cast your own custom chocolate medals. Let's start by designing our medal in Illustrator. Just use simple shapes, and stay away from complicated design. Next, we need to save our design as a .DXF file, which will then import in Fusion 360. First, we need to extrude the whole bottom section 8 mm deep, to form our base. Next, we need to ex...
How a camera works in 20 seconds!
Переглядів 4697 років тому
Modern cameras can seem quite complicated, and that's because they are! Still, we can pretty much replicate what goes inside on with very simple household items! Using cardboard as the sensor, a spaghetti measuring jig for the aperture and an old magnifying glass, we can make a makeshift camera! I hope you guys enjoy this video! man this is incredible imagine if wee could do 3d printed teleobjectif ? that would awesom to have something like that for a cheap price
Is this xcadey power meter compatible directly with bryton rider 420 computer (as in the video) or it needs 3rd party device?
Absolutely. It transmits over the standard ant plus and bluetooth protocols.
What would be needed to make this lens even better? More precision in manufacturing? I have no idea, but the Quality is insane for a 3d print 👍
I just watched a video why it's so hard. Im even more impressed by this lens now
@@michi18 Thanks mate!
damn this is very cool, you are my inspiration and im currently building my own diy lens for fun, i will make it out if 3 elements and it should be around 150mm but i do not have a mirrorless camera as i sold my sony a6000 because it was quite expensive for me and i didnt need such a great camera so now im thinking of buying something like the sony nex 6
Go for it! The nex 6 is a great camera.
Bro I really like your video can you send me a program?
I love this. If you have any ressource about designing and making these I’d love to hear about it !
Thank you! I have uploaded the project files on Thingiverse, but as I have written in the description, I did the project primarily as a proof of concept. Glad you you enjoyed it!
I want to make a notebook like that from scratch and then cover with genuine leather
The audio 😍

Great filmmaking!
I Excepted home appliances not some nanotechnology 🥴🥴
3d printers are more accessible than ever. Microcenter usually has $99 deals for an ender3
So you can.. Glad to know that
What about the glasses? Any link?
good for low budget photographers who wants to try out this focal lenses!
Ur editing came long way, text and effects and labeling the video parts.
Why haven’t you posted in a while?
I hope you didn't have to listen to that piano while you were working. Nice job on the book.
Ok? €:-/
Wow
👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🌹🌹🌹
I personally wouldn't use rubber parts, over time I see that seriously impacting the taste of the coffee. Just my opinion!! Great work anyway
Hi! How can I contact you? Nice video!
Дгххјх
Your channel is great man. This and your diy lens video are both similar to projects I've been planning to do but haven't been focused enough. I need to get my sh*t together
Thanks, man! Go ahead and start!
where do you get the chairs?
Hello, I want to ask about this PM. The XCADEY comes also with built-in cadence sensor right? Do you need to pair the cadence sensor too or just the Power sensor? I’m using Bryton 420 also. Thanks in advance!
All powermeters have a built-in cadence sensor, including this one. You just need to pair the PM, and the cadence connects automatically as well.
Bro for iphone what lens need to make 2-3x or 65-85mm?
can i use a lens with 150mm focal length?
Yes, absolutely no problem. Remember to design it in a way, where the lens is 150mm away from the sensor with +- 10mm of movement for focus. Good luck!
Janky
Image quality is better than some professional made kit lenses I seen. Good job!
Thanks! I appreciate your comment!
You can make adapter samsung nx3000 please
Bought this. Started giving problems the moment it was switched on. Sent back to them spent own money for postage. Took 3 months. Sent back a different version and the crank arm looks used. One word regret. I'm not holding my breath.
Thanks for the feedback!
my PM had just died on me yesterday after 1 year of usage(about 6000km), may i know how you contacted xcadey? i cant get a hold of them.
Do you have to rotate the left crank to a specific position before you run the calibration on the Xcadey app?
Thanks for commenting. Make sure that the bike is not moving, then rotate the crank vertically to the uppermost position. Then calibrate. If you don't want to hassle with the app, most cycling computers also have a calibration option :)
@@diyowl5496 Uppermost position like the left crank at 12 o'clock position?
@@SamFromVACE Yes, at 12 o'clock. Some people rotate the crank to the 6 o'clock position. The important thing is the crank to be vertical.
@@diyowl5496 Reason being my power readings start going haywire since a few days ago. It's about an 100w off. I have calibration with the crank in both vertical up and down but to no avail... 😢😢😢
@@SamFromVACE Try updating the firmware. Xcadey regularly put out new firmware updates.
This is exactly what I needed to see !
Thanks! I am glad to hear that too!
Good demonstration vacuum pressure and how heat expands and contracts gasses. This is a good idea for. Middl-school science fair project.
Could you slow this down and actually talk through what you're doing and what you're using so it's more like a workshop?
I wish i have the motivation and talent to make it too T^T
this is very cool
I thought that he was just gunna say that thats coffee, the unfiltered groungs with hot water and I was like yuck
Haha, nope! That's why you should always watch till the end.
Brutal review bro, congrats:)
Thanks bro, appreciate it!
