I made the rest of the lift myself using lego technic and wood, but if you want to make something similar and do not want to make it yourself, you can buy a whole kit that includes everything, including the chairs. Here is a link:

Well actually I bought the cairs from a shop in a resort near Flachau. I have tried rebuilding them, but the results weren't promising. Thanks for the question :)
