How to Remove and Replace Crunch Air Fryer Oven Door for Cleaning

- This video will show you how to easily detach the Crunch Air Fryer Oven door to clean any food, crumbs, or liquids that might have fallen into the door hinges.
To begin, you will need a small, flathead screwdriver small enough to fit inside the opening of the hinge of the door.
Carefully remove the springs in each hinge with the screwdriver, making sure not to use too much force as the spring could fling out of the hinge and get lost.
Once you’ve removed the springs, hold the door and gently jiggle it until it releases and can be detached.
Once detached, you can clean the hinges using a brush or towel. Make sure that if you wet to clean the hinges, that you dry them completely before reattaching the door.
To reattach the door, being by using the screwdriver to more the 2 metal bits inside each hinge to the outer side of each hinge.
Place the springs back into the hinge, making sure that the end of the spring wraps around the end of the metal bit inside the hinge. Use the screwdriver to assist if necessary.
Once both springs are back in place, line up the door and the hinge connection points.
Stabilize the air fryer with your thumbs and push the door up into the hinge connection points until it clicks into place.
Move the door to make sure that it is properly reattached. If either hinge is not reattached, try pushing the hinge connection points together again.

Chefman purchased the Company and replaced the cylinder hinges with one that has a bump in it so they cant be removed now 🤬
