@impulse3257 Hey Paul yeah we take the pool noodles out and put them on the floor at pack up. We found if we left them in they would get caught when you were folding it up and would interfere with the seals. Would be nice if you could just put them in and forget. Thanks for watching!

@logsie3918 Thanks mate! It actually isn't too commercialised yet which is nice, as unfortunately so many places go that way. They have added steps into a lot of the gorges which actually isn't such a bad thing given how many people hurt themselves or die from falls there 😕 NO we haven't seen that WOW!! That is crazy, given all the remote space we have in Aust if they have to store it here why so close to a major city??? Thanks for watching mate, we always appreciate the support!

Yeah Kermit's pool and the spider walk are something pretty spectacular! Not sure about it being chained off, years ago it was just chained off, bit now the sign is there about the tours? Could of been vibrations or possible the thread on the sump plug, not really sure. @@RoaminintheRobbo yeah it is spectacular deffo on our list to do when we do part 2 of our trip from Perth…..in 2026…pending how the 2025 trip goes 😂 chained off more than likely to make a few bucks for tourists…should be accessible to all…..was it chained off the last time you went ? Made a few adjustments to our trip…lambert centre has been scrapped and we’ve added 2 new places Ivanhoe crossing and the Pentecost river….not staying at Ivanhoe crossing just crossing it and back and staying a night on the Pentecost river…..which looks a beautiful spot as you know 👍🏻

@Neil-clare oh that is awesome you are coming back in 2026 to explore more!! How exciting, you certainly have some amazing trip to look forward to! The Penecost free camp was just beautiful, the sunsets are magnificent! How cool you are doing Ivanhoe as well, that is still on our list to tick off. We got to see it but it was still closed cause the water was to high. You guys are going to have the most amazing trip next year!!!

@@RoaminintheRobbo well it was our 1st planned trip….but we only got as far as the end of the GCR…then I watched one of your videos 😂 it popped up on YT I’ve no idea why…maybe because I was looking at videos of the gcr…..so it’s your fault we’ve cancelled our 1st option and now doing another option….i think it may have been one of videos of when you was on the gibb river road……..so by the looks of it you guys are influencers 😂 I thought I’d take out lambert centre and add Ivanhoe crossing and the Pentecost river…which is a better option don’t ya think ? Shame it was closed when you guys went…..but a blessing as it’s on your list so more camping trips for you guys 🤗 I’m sure we will have the best holiday ever…and hopefully everything goes to plan once we’re there 🤞🏻oh have you ever been through or stayed in larrimah ? @Neil-clare don't know much about the Lambert centre but the Ivanhoe Crossing is cool and would be great to drive across. As for the Pentecost camp we loved it there so no doubt you should enjoy both stops 😁 yeah watched the Netflix series on Larrimah, wish we had know about it on our trip as we drove right past it, would have been cool to stop and have a look 🤣

Hi Fleur it is actually a setting on the go pro 11 and we just set it up on a tripod, then the go pro does the rest, so nice and easy 😁 Karijini is such a spectacular spot isn't it! 🧡

Yes, that's correct! I used corrugated split tubing. It helps prevent damage and ensures the cable stays safe.

@Neil-clare 🤣🤣 yeah for us normal people that isn't a sleep in but for Craig who is up at 3am most days it is 😬 yep we were up there in the school holidays so the place was busy! Craig was lucky to have the pool to himself in the morning. Karijini is honestly just spectacular. Wait to you see some of the other gorges we went to they are just breathtaking 😍 it is certainly a place you can keep coming back too cause it is just so beautiful. Yes we have millipedes but can only imagine how many must of been in the gorge for them to shut it!! No crocs in Karijini, so it's safe to swim in the pools without having to worry about bumping into a croc 🐊😁 Thanks for watching!!

@Neil-clare just had a look at the term breaks for 2025 and the July holidays run 21st of June to 14th of July for the NT and 5th of July to 20th in WA so unfortunately you will be probably get caught in them 😩 I must say even though it was busy in Karijini it wasn't terrible, you still had space to enjoy the place. 😂😂 not everything in Australia is out to get you 😂 the only millipedes I've ever seen are tiny and not venomous 😊 garbo boy certainly loves giving a history lesson to anyone who will listen that is for sure! But our trip is from 26th July to 14th august we did do some research after watching videos about people not getting into camp sites because of the holidays in wa and the nt I think that’s why I picked our dates so hopefully we’re be ok ??? I watched a video on Saturday where a couple were turned away from a camp site they had be driving for over 9 hours and had to drive another 3 hours to find a free camp spot at a place called robin falls off the Stuart highway ☹️ that’s not what we want to be turned away….we will book in advance our main campsites Yulara/el questro etc but also want to experience free camping along the way so hope everything goes to plan 🤞🏻 I’ve also seen when people camp to close to each other it can cause a heated exchange of words between campers we don’t want that either 🤐 I want to pick a spot and maybe go over and speak to people fellow campers have a chat and pick up some tips/info but more importantly befriend them so they cook for us 😂😂😂😂 because neither of us can cook 😂😂😂😂 woolys is gunna be fun to never shopped in an Aussie supermarket before so it’s gunna be 50 packets of Tim tams 100 multi packs of lays crisps and 50 tins of beans….im a very very fussy eater my partner is fine! I see all the amazing food you and other UA-camrs cook in the Weber we’ve never used one so that’s gunna be confusing….i just hope we don’t burn the chicken tenders 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I’m not really concerned about the wildlife as long as there’s no inland taipans and massive spiders I’m sure we be ok 😅 but if we do come across these…..adds a bit of charm 😂 anyway sorry to bore you I’m sure your busy busy so have a good week and thanks very much for the info and reply 🤗🇦🇺🦘🪃

Hey Brooke we had an old jockey wheel which we used the bracket off of. The bracket just attaches to the boat rack the same way it would attach to the drawbar. Thanks guys! We camped at a free camp called Gascoyne River Middle Branch which you can find on Wikicamps 😊 There is lots of space to tuck yourself away in, there is a bit of road noise but we didn't find it bad over night 😁 Thanks for watching!
