    Great video I saved $200 off what the dealer would have charged me. Driver side was much harder due to the dealer pinching the harness against the bulb housing when they replaced the bulb in 2023. I had to gently disconnect the harness holding the bulb BEFORE twisting to remove the burnt-out bulb. You need pretty good strength to twist out the old bulbs and having smaller hands helps. I recommend wearing a set of surgical gloves to prevent skin loss on your hands. I did replace the halogens with the LED's recommended in this video from Amazon for about $40. They appear to be much brighter and whiter than the halogens. I can't wait to give them a try them out on a dark country road tonight. Thanks for posting this video its great!

    I just bought this saw today. My only tip is regarding the stand: when you are collapsing the legs, start with the legs closest to the wheels, set it down on the wheels, and then lift it back on its kickstand, then collapse the other two legs. To deploy the stand, just do it in reverse. This is safer and puts less stress on the legs closest to the wheels. I’ll be using the rest of your tips over the next few days as I finish the setup/fine tuning!

      Thank you, welcome to the family! I appreciate you watching and the feedback. I put together a playlist that you may find helpful too (I will continue to add to it) that will expand the range of projects you can take on with your table saw while adding safety, accuracy, and efficiency. ua-cam.com/play/PLxLuwzp7QVPS1GH8p9VvVB-n92f6GCm7e.html

      Thanks so much, glad it was helpful! Quick questions, should I make a part 2 video that shows how to make the DIY PVC bulb removal tool and did you upgrade to LED?

    • @VoiceoftheVillage_TB
      @VoiceoftheVillage_TB 20 днів тому

      @@inspiringbuilds yea I upgraded to LED , pvc bulb removal too would be cool but I use any tool that give me leverage while turning …BUT if u can make a video where u find a easier way to change the fog lights that will be golden 🔥

    Sorry but this ISN’T a pallet wall….it is a wall you build using wood from pallets.

      Thanks for watching James. The verbiage I used in the title and in the video was a pallet backdrop and used pallet slats that many would consider a wall as well, sorry if that wasn’t what you were looking for as there as several ways to accomplish a pallet backdrop.

      Haha thank you for watching. I’m glad it was helpful! Was it super easy to fix for you? Sometimes you kick yourself for living with an issue that later you find out only takes a few dollars or free and just a couple of minutes to fix.

    Did you need to keep the door open to dry at the end?

    • @inspiringbuilds
      @inspiringbuilds 21 день тому

      Yes, put the pastic up, start earlier in the day, allow 4 hours of dry time between coats, and I applied two coats of paint so the door could be closed and home secured at night. Let me know if you have any other questions and thanks for watching.

    How did you attach the Halo light ? is it some sort of plastic ? thanks

    • @inspiringbuilds
      @inspiringbuilds 25 днів тому

      I cut and used plexiglass to cover the hole in the headlight and secured the Halo lights to the plexiglass. 👍
