For real, the brand with the most famous perfume in the world should 100% have it's own fragrance stores. The latest beauty boutique I visited had a dedicated room for the Exclusifs, which was a welcome surprise.

I go back and forth on bottles. I love elegant bottles like PDM, minimalist bottles like Byredo, and fun bottles like many of the ones you show. I do sometimes wonder how much of my money is going into packaging, which these days really matters because things are getting more expensive but I am not bringing in more money 😢. In a perfect world I would want every bottle to be unique and designed to be an outward representation of the juice inside it no matter the cost.

I've smelled/sampled many of these, as the salesperson for the line at my Saks is quite forceful in her promotion of them. The Addictive Arts line is allll about laying what may be a lovely fragrance/ingredients over a big dose of whack-you-over-the-head aromachemicals. As you stated-- very trendy. The price point for what you're getting is an absolute "no" for me, but I would be happy to wear a few of them a couple of times per year if they're sitting in front of me and I'm in the mood for them. I feel like the Addictive Arts line would appeal to customers who love Initio and/or Tiziana Terenzi. There's one from their heritage collection in a green bottle (either Timeless or 1851-- can't remember) which smells like a grown up, expensive, detailed CKOne. It's a beautiful, classic scent, and I would wear it if I had it... but, again, it just doesn't make sense (for me) at its' price point.

I think I've smelled every fragrance they have currently available. I'm in agreement, even across the entire line, decent quality but I'd say they are 2x-3x the cost of their quality, in my opinion. Some nice smelling scents and sometimes you'll see them pretty marked down on discounters. But they are similar to Boadicea/Henry Jacques/Roja in that they are show off luxury brands for people online.

I work from home and don't ever leave my house but wear perfume 24/7. I wear it to bed even. My husband is the only other person that smells my perfumes and he is a typical dude, meaning he doesn't notice it. My collection is currently at 100+ bottles and growing. I wear perfume for ME. I don't care what is popular. I only care what I like. Oddly, I often forget to even put perfume on when I do end up leaving the house LOL.

26:22 I had never smelled the Noble Leather from YSL during the 2014 era!? I was really busy dealing with daughter and some school stuff! The bottles are so interesting! ( I was really busy during that time of my life that I wasn’t shopping or learning about new perfumes 😅) but the one by Ropion, Supreme Bouquet ? sounds really nice and right up my alley 💕! Darn a whole collection I missed! I too, have a really good chemistry with tuberose! 💕 ☺️ I know it’s niche and I too heard it’s one of these perfumes where “you have to get thru the opening to get to the good part” and I hate that! I’ve always wondered what their perfumes smelled like & the quality ? I’ve seen them on fragrantica but soo pricey for a brand I didn’t know! I’m a tuberose lover too! But I think there’s sooo many good tuberoses out there already and I have my poison and I still love it just like I did in 87! Even with reformulation …poison works on my body! But i wouldn’t turn down a free sample! Ha 💕 glad you reviewed this! I love your honesty. And when you love something how your face lights up!

People who dont like fragrance, and ruthlessly eliminate all fragrance from their life, give me agita...i dont like being around them. I LIKE when someone wears over the top fragrance, they're usually enthusiast people and live large and in charge! I like to be around them, they know what they like and allow you to like what you like. Enjoy life!

35 mil Australia $208 no samples and can only buy at Mecca I wish I could buy from his website but they don’t have Oz for delivery and in store his perfumes are limited not all Mecca stock the testers. Very difficult to try I haven’t tested gentle fluidity silver. A very good detailed review Dacob thanks I would be happy if you could review APOM in the future from MFK.

I love dior always have, but chanel i just can not fall in love, years ago i had coco madamoiselle and for some reason just stopped liking it after the bottle finished. Perhaps i should go try it again to see how i feel now. Also you piqued my interest to try 19

This is such a lovely video idea. My best soothing scents are Aerin’s Amber musk, nouvelle vague by Maison Louis Marie and also Chanel 5 l’eau. My mother used to wear Clinique Happy😊such a quintessential early 2000’s perfume that evokes such nostalgia for me.

I've noticed the same with some of my other subscriptions - my suspicion is that YT is trying to force content makers to release at least once a week at regular times, or it won't push you. Madame Rochas at night is like a maternal hug. My mom did not wear this kind of perfume so it is funny that I associate it with maternal vibes. Anyway, I use it for sleep. It still smells good and reassuring in the morning. I love it! I NEVErR wear it out anywhere, but it is super to end and begin a day with this lovely oldie.

I received my Coromandel extrait for my birthday. It is softer like you said. I made a good choice for me. I am more of a floral person and usually just appreciate amber and vanilla perfumes on others, but I love this one. So deep and dark but the parfum keeps it somewhat private and close and people would need to embrace me to smell this. I will wear it lightly. The parfum lets me enjoy the scent more privately for myself. If I wear a wafting scent, it needs to be mostly an airy floral because it suits my personality and presentation. This one suits my hidden self. 😂

unfortunately the EDP is no longer being sold in my country. the EDT is still very easily available in the 50ml but the 90ml EDT is becoming hard to find here.

Question, Is there a video about how to store your perfumes and such? I was storing them in a drawer with my silk scarves and now I'm not so sure that is best. I've moved them around and now totally confused about where they should go? What do you think about a plastic tub instead of a wooden drawer? Anybody have any thoughts? Thanks. NanZ

It keeps its DNA throughout it's where on someone, it doesn't fade into staleness like others. It's a quality fragrance that keeps its promise.

Such a beautiful list Dacob. Some of my now favorites are in it (three, to be exact)! I love that you appreciate and acknowledge your mom so much on your channel. It's so respectful and kind, and I'm sure she is so proud and appreciates your love and gratitude for her. It's a big deal! My mom has never worn perfume in her life, until...my dad liked Paris-Paris so much he bought some for her for their 55th anniversary this past July. And she loves it! So, the perfume education from you has trickled into my family as well. Thank you, as always.

My mom's favorite was Oscar de la Renta. She would also occasionally wear White Diamonds. She wore Tabu way back in the day, thus my deep attachment to Tabu. I keep a tiny bottle of old Oscar de la Renta on my perfume tray. Sometimes I just have to smell it. For myself, my comfort scents are fragrances found in coconut, cocoa butter, pineapple, vanilla and Hawìian white ginger. I like tropical and exotic. More than Opium, I love Estee Lauder Cinnabar. It's exotic and delicious!
