I have never seen Heathcote Junction but from the images I have seen it just looks so depressing.

I actually have to agree with your opinion on the Upfield line being the worst eventhough its my closest line. The 19, 6 and 1 trams are more frequent and its easier to get specifically to your destination if its along Sydney Road

Route 75 is not entirely B's. They use A's as well. Route 96 is not entirely E's. They use C2's as well.

On the B class trams the could add a third center section whitch could be lowered to provide level boarding and enhanced capacity

I have once been on the little dundas st tram bridge as a passenger - they pulled up the replacement tram next to the one we were on and opened the doors for both trams so we could just walk on to the new one. bit weird but interesting!
