One last run of Amtrak #231 before being stored. Then Dynamic Rail Preservation saved it for preservation. Now they're working on restoring #231.

The Southern Pacific 2467 is my favorite steam locomotive!! Hopefully, it will operate again in the near future. I especially love hearing its whistle at 4:50. Also, does anyone know what the high-pitched noise coming from it is?

03:10 Check out those yellow UPFE cars! That was before UP painted them all white. I love this. All those UPFE cars have been taken out of service, and mostly scrapped as of 2023.
