I used to live in that some area and I've never seen those railroad crossings activated before. I am very proud that they finally activated these old Wig Wag Railroad Crossings. Railroad history at it's finest.🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍☺☺☺☺☺
I'm not going to complain too much because I'm just happy they weren't scrapped... but yeah, I wish they'd run in normal operation too. Really cool neighborhood, I'm glad the community was able to save these.
Very cool that the cover was off so that we could see the inner workings.
Railroad crossings with signs and bells and wigwags are good

Love everything about a wig wag
Nice to see wig-wags operating again. Loved seeing the cases open to see the mechanisms at work. Long may they swing! Stay safe and healthy.
That was the best video ever. I love the Railroad Crossing Signals.❤❤❤❤❤
Nice video! Thanks for making this.
Too bad they can't be connected to the crossing circuit to fire up when the standard flashers run.
They are, but they'll only run during special events.

Really cool to see these working, do they run when a train approaches or only when someone activated them?
When train approach
No they don’t
Yes they do
They activate with the modern gates
@@jeremybrooks6705 They actually do not activate the only activate on events
That's an awesome in successful restoration do the wigwags work in tandem with the present modern gate signals?
awesome video :)
I hope those wig wags are staying
They are. They're permanent displays.
Are the wigwags still there are they gonna be in working order for many years to come?
They'll be around for many years to come. This is supposed to be an annual event, Covid-19 notwithstanding.
