That's the ghost of NWP 1922 an ex-NP/BN/BNSF GP9 of the same number along with SD9Rs SP 4436 and SP 4451, SD9E SP 4347 and an ex-B&LE F7 A/B set. All owned by DieselMotive Company ie., Bruggere & Monson (BUGX). All of that equipment will be going to Stockton and/or Turlock where DieselMotive has a bunch of vintage locomotives that they lease to various shortlines.
