@minnesotaprimal9721 I did end up finding you video it said xr1 borla muffler or is that wrong?

@hi_how_are_ya_ borla XR1 is my first muffler set up. Now I run the magnaflow. Both are great set ups. Magnaflow is louder and more raw. Borla is more smooth and sounds more consistent.

@Aids420d they are fun cars. You don't need to buy a R but you can get a 2.5t or T5(if you can find one). They like there maintenance but are turbo charged and fun. Sleepers for sure. Message me if you want more info on them. Instagram: MNBOOSTEDR

I bought 2005 2,5t like week ago as my first car fun to drive gets up to 200 kmh with ease but after that it kinda struggles. Suspention is ok but nothing beats Citroen hydroactive suspension

Yes. Headers would make a huge difference. This is just a slip on pipe.

@@minnesotaprimal9721 That's so impressive considering you said you were fully catless. Glad to see you're still replying to messages after all this time. I have a catless S60 2.4 NA and it sounds excellent. I just have a shitty muffler on right now and was looking at other options. I think I'll give the XR-1 a shot since I've heard a lot of good things about it. No one has put it on the 2.4 NA tho so it's going to be hard for me to tell whether it's good or not

@@qwertiee I have a magnaflow muffler now. Same downpipe. Hope your 2.4 sounds good.

Welcome! The stock CBV is made of a rubber this can crack over time or also your TCV could be bad. If you drive a Volvo run a oem Pierburg.

@@minnesotaprimal9721 Thanks, when you mention TCV, are you talking about the electric boost controler, had all the vacuum lines that go to cbv, waste gate and manifold? Mine has been replaced with an IPD unit. Seemed to work good before. I've been working on old cars my whole life, this stuffs pretty fancy to me

@gravsson4472 yup exactly! There are alot of negative posts about the ipd TCV. If it works for you I guess that's good but personally if your not on a aftermarket tune I would personally switch back to the oem TCV.

@@minnesotaprimal9721 Thanks, that's good to know. Got this car mostly because I get some spicy winters where I live. But, it's also a cool car, 6 speed turbo 5 cylinder with a funky orange interior. Plan on doing a few small things like, a nice front mount, an exhaust and a tune. Nice daily for sure ( when it's not broken)

@@minnesotaprimal9721 on driving back from purchase, engine system service required, turned out to be maf sensor, duno if it needs cleaning or replacing, also the main beam ok full beam won’t stay on don know yet if its repairable or nay everything else seem solid but i’ve not yet driven that far to get to know the motah, thanks for asking.

Sorry for the late reply. It is a factory option that Volvo sold with the car. If you look up 2004 to 2007 S60R ground effect kit there will be pictures.

Sometimes the hardest part is getting pulled up. The pin catches the walls on the inside of the shifter. Spin it around a bit and you will get it. Don't be to hard but give it a pull.

@@minnesotaprimal9721 for me personally sound is interfered with gas pressure noise, all cracks, pops etc, and frankly you dont have ear on rear bumper;) but hey, that's just my opinion

@@minnesotaprimal9721 dude.. i really do think i have your bike.. i bought mine from Muscatine IA. and well there's a lot that gives away mine and yours. you have the same seat cover as mine and the top triple clamp looks aftermarket like mine.
