The Villages master plan calls for an entire village tucked between Well Point and Coleman Federal Prison. It will be called Oak Hollow. Get the golf cart fueled up next year.

My wife and I are building in that Cottage neighborhood. We were the second house that you showed when you came in. If you go on the Villages website, you will see that the whole neighborhood is sold out except 1 that is backed up to Marsh Bend Trail.

Groovy episode. Some nice home. Some look like cheap track homes. Homes need a backyard that is bigger than a peanut otherwise they are just fancy condos. They are building so much I worry that the original 55 and older friendliness will end, and The Villages becomes just a bunch of look a like track home like any other cheap town.

I believe those fences cost $3000 which is crazy high!

The homes backing to Meggison rd sold as soon as they were released. 400’s-900k Congrats to the people who were able to pick one up. They went so fast.

Another great video. No custom builds. 100% spec and all tilt wall construction and all designer and verandas homes only. That’s why you were right to point out the differences. If you drive into the section of Richmond across from Okahumpka rec center and next to Richmond Golf and pull into a neighborhood there, the homes look different and have more character. They were built differently block homes, tilt, and some wood frame, and many custom homes. And it shows. You are right. Location is amazing though.

Another Great video Frank, agree with the comment “Boots on the ground” haha. By chance have you had a chance to look into the precast concert homes? We were there a month ago for a couple days and had a chance to tour one and we really like the sound/solid construction. I have been unable to find any videos on how they put the walls together and what locks each panel to the next, is it just glue, tongue and groove or bolted together. Thanks, hopefully see you on the cart path one of these days in a year or so!

I was wondering if you could find out if there are planning to build any commercial businesses in the area. I just subscribed to your channel and if you could keep your ear to the ground on any up coming projects like Walmart, Costco or Home Depot near the EastPort area would be greatly appreciated. We were just there on Monday Sept 9th visiting the open houses, it was super busy. You can feel the excitement. Good job on showing the homes and area around it.
