Thanks Frank, just the video I was hoping for, we will be there the first week in May, so this video was perfect, keep up all the excellent work you do, and thanks for all you do for your UA-cam community!
I’m glad that I could be of some assistance, and thank you for watching.
Thanks Frank, looking for a Haven model, looked at Moultrie Creek and al they had was kissing lanai …not sure why that didn’t back any of them up to villas with the fencing behind ??? looks like if i wait for Shady Brook they just might have more privacy. SO APPRECIATE YOUR VIDEO
@@lisa.coudriet... it could be that the wall seperating the Villas from the other homes haven't been installed.
@@forexfrank4484 fingers crossed…. My house just sold in Ohio…. Do not want to be directly facing the neighbors. Will probably do a birdcage like yours which would put me even closer to neighbors Lanai.
Love the Golf Cart ride Frank 😊 Thanks and keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do!
Frank, great video. Enjoy riding along with you. It had to be a long trip, but beautiful weather for a ride.
Glad you enjoyed it, however its really not bad. Its always fun to do!
Some massive birdcages there… Thanks for the great video! Pictures and videos speak a thousand words…
Glad you enjoyed it
Thanks Frank.
Very welcome
These homes are nice too !!! , I already seen the one, I like 19:37 . And I like home 19:47
Go get it!!
Concrete curbs are for Designer homes only. Veranda homes do not have concrete curbs even though they are “designer homes with a fence”.
Two big advantages to a designer home are the drains are heavy duty (not in the middle of the street) and they provide a buffer that protects your lawn from mower trucks and chemicals in the street (car wash soap for example.
Does any company sell street maps of the Villages?
That I am not sure of
It seems the curbs are just in designer areas
Pretty much yes, but they are rounded curbs
Looks like you turned right off of Barr Blvd; if so that is Moultrie Creek
Yes, that goes into Moultrie Creek but I was trying to get to the back area of some new up-and-coming courtyards because Shadybrook really hasn’t got any homes put up as of yet. Based on the Villages email boasting about houses and Shadybrook I had to go look at it myself.
You should have edited out noise and just did voice over.
yea, i sometimes do that.. but noted thanks.
I live in the Northern part of the Villages. Is it my imagination or are the homes closer than before? Seems awfully tight on each side of the homes. No fences or walls to seperate? Odd! Designer homes now share kissing lanais with patio villlas? No, I am not dissing. I am just asking for clarification so I can relay to family members.
I think they have been known to do this, and then, sometimes I see the wall separations added later, so I’m not sure which one it is
Designer homes are separated from villas by precast concrete walls here in the south. Typical throughout TV.
@@franomts7512 I know this is typical of TV. But, in the video there were no walls built in the new areas. This is why I asked. I have since been told there will be no walls. What you see is what you get. My family members are going to look at other areas in the Villages. They were not impressed by what they saw in Moultrie Creek and Shady Brook.
As Frank has indicated, the privacy walls and fences may be coming later in this particular village. What I do know is that in Newell (where I bought a courtyard villa last year) and Lake Denham, privacy fences and walls exist, both within villa areas, and between villas and designer homes. That being said, you should do your due diligence and call the Developer regarding privacy fences and walls in newer villages.
These videos show way way to much drive time!!
That was much of the point with this particular video.
