Any chance you can explain the wiring. What does the ignition coil plug into. Obviously spark plug to plug but that lil clip that hangs out.

Great video. Had a misfire at 70mph got worse on an incline, Engine Management Light came on for a few minutes then cleared itself. 🙅‍♀ I checked the coil pack the following day and found the springs covered in verdigris as you'd mentioned. Cleaned them up put it all back together and it ran great. Next day thought I'd check everything again and on removing the rubber boot attached to the coil pack found the plastic stub had disintegrated, just ordered one from ebay £32:00 as Vauxhall OEM want £329:00 for it!

I have a Ford Mondeo 2.0 tcdi mk4 and have no power under 2k or sometimes 3k RPMs. After resetting the MAF it momentarily had power. Issue started when I had the EGR blocked off and decided to remove the plate I blocked it off with because it took so long to heat up. Can a MAF sensor cause power loss at certain rpm's? I fiddled with the wires because had worn thru the insulation and it started working as before.

Just followed your advice and managed to fix the electric windows, mirror fold and indicator repeater on the mirror. Many thanks.

Little tip if you go to look at a transit custom and this is showing on dash don’t just think it’s a sensor or speaker make sure the bumper are fitted with sensors as it’s well known for people to have a bump then fit bumpers that don’t have sensors fitted mainly the front one as ford make front bumpers without sensors and trust me if you buy a van with the wrong front bumper then it will cost you around £500 for a front bumper as you will struggle to find the fog light grills with sensors and the middle lower grill with sensors and wiring loom no one will split from a good bumper Edited because of damn predictive text 🤦‍♂️

Not good remove the tensioner! It’s 2 bolts external, has a retaining clip, and after it’s back together poke the clip from above with a screwdriver to unspring the tensioner … it won’t be fine

You must buy the mirrors with 2 cables! The other cable is for a temperature sensor! Otherwise you’ll get all kinds of problems with dpf
