You should do a 2 game total pin fall baker style with Edgar and Sarah. you bring any Motiv staffer! handicap will be 80% of the team average! meaning if Edgars and Sarah's team average is 395. and yours and let say AJ Johnson, is 480.then Edgars and Sarahs handicap will be 68! and if they win, they receive some Motiv merch! or accessories!

Hey Andy, remgirl here again. After taking your advice and practicing those drills I am happy to said that I have manage to break the 150 average and able to rise my average by increasing my spare %. Thanks for the advise and please continue the put out more content like this.

Whoever filmed this gets a gold star. That I can see the whole approach, the whole release, and the ball motion from MULTIPLE angles is amazing. I’m a newer bowler, and ignoring everything but Andrew’s form is more valuable than the content! I have watched this in slo mo a bunch of times already. For me , Andrew is the best example of timing to follow that i have found because of the “out, down, back, throw” thing he does so well. I am also tall and have a naturally high back swing , and following this example is the easiest way I have found to have reasonable timing. In fact, if you JUST made a video of this amazing quality about timing and balance for newer bowlers, I bet it would priceless to people like me !

My question would be how to you get to those different releases. I change my release by placing the weight of the ball on different fingers. Like if im playing them straigher and not getting around it the weight is mostly on my ring finger, regular release most weight on middle finger, and if im trying to rotate it im keeping most of the weight on my index finger. Is this normal?

Do anyone know like how to control your aim when release? Always goes to the gutter or too close to the left since trying to aim for 3-5 board

Thanks for sharing why, when and how you change your release. I'm relatively new (started bowling six months ago) and I'm still practising getting my wrist movement on release consistent (only started getting the cupped to uncapped position on release in the last week or so), so for now I'm gonna stick to keeping my hand behind the the ball. But I hope to be able to start working on changing the release for specific situations in time to come.

That was actually a interesting concept, that i haven't heard anyone talk about. Playing within your strength, at the given time. Sometimes im high rev, steep angles, and sometimes im more comfortable throwing high speed up the right... It all depends on the pattern, but i get the means of rolling the ball more or reving.

Hi Andrew, this is my second reply, the first reply I was not finished. What I would like to see is you do this again only throw each ball exactly the same; speed, spin & targeting, (as close as possible same throw) I would be very interested to see the different ball reactions. I bet there won’t be that much difference. Only do first throw, don’t worry about spare as this experiment is not for scoring. Thanks - Wayne

Hi Andrew, This is the second video of yours I have watched. I subscribed because I think you’re explaining the basics. With that what exactly do you mean when you say a ball is ‘stronger’? I assume all 10 balls are the same weight and drilled the same?
