Bhai mera anxiety 2 yrs ho gaye pata chakw. Mai ek general physician k paas gaya tham jab raat ko 2 baje .. haat cold hone lage breathless hone laga tha. Aur pehle mera first panic attack thied sem me exam k time bathroom me nahate samay aya tha. Mai ghabra gaya tha uss time. Mujhe lagta tha ki koi bimari hogi. Magar net me dekha sab ki sympom match kar rahi thi. Mai samaj nhi oaa raha tha . Uske baad kahi saal baad maine raat ko uncomfortable hua fir jaake dr ko dikaya. Usne sugar thoriod, lipid and heart beat check kiya sunke body parts me. Bp high hita tha panic attack k baad.... and jab bhi dr k paas jata tab ghabrahat hine lagti. Usne fir psycatrist ko refer kar diya.. symptoms batane k baad aur likh diya ki " Have carious consultations , No physical iklness was found but inly hypertension". So after that i came to know ki anxiety naam ki koi bimari hotu hai. Lift me jane se darr lagta hai.. chakkar ane jysa feel hota hai. So i avoid

Ignore karna chahta hu free rahna chahta hu.. Medince 3 saal se rah hu.. 😢😢😢😢 Road per bike chlata hu lgta hi ni ki mei hi chla rah hu ya nahi..
