Hey man so I have a 2014 mustang and we don’t have like a button to always keep it in sport mode . So my questions is wouldn’t I lose speed if I down shift we’ll in sport manual and then drop it back into drive . Rather then keeping it in sport mode since the car goes faster in sport ?

Should’ve place a jack stand under the lower control are to simulate a load on suspension. The bushings only rotate very limited motion.the suspension will now be off in the rear when launching causing a left or right deflection. Good luck holding it straight.

Mine will only go to sport mode it will not turn advanced trac off

That doesn't fully disconnect it. the computer can still kick in, you need to unplug the dyno plug under the hood

How does one setup suspension for roll racing?

Tried building one a while ago. Kept getting warping between the two lower parts. Tried a different print orientation with the single piece lower, and it exploded. Right on the layer lines. I love the look of the DB9, but assembly/disassembly is a pain. Remade it in the MacDaddy 2.0 frame, and messed up the trigger holes. Now it... um... it likes to "run away".

Gt350 driver side axle is larger...I ordered a set and measured the diameter.

It’s not easy in the rust belt 😂 this is a pretty rusty 89 Dodge Dakota I have here. Trying to remove the nut on the top stud and it’s seized. I can’t hold the shock tight enough with locking pliers to shear the stud off. And in the process of removing the two bolts in the bottom, one sheared off. This poor truck it’s just a mess. It’s been in the family since brand new but it’s just worn out and beat up. I want to say it’s still worth something, but it’s been in 2 accidents. The worst one being in the winter last year. In a 7 car pile up. I’m just tired of it. 😂

So for roll racing a 10r80 5.0 . Sport to drive before hitting red line on drag mode . But which traction should be off ? Normal or advanced ? I tried normal once and the rear tires chirped a little I’m kinda scared to fully turn in it off . I got 305’s nittos

You should print a “macdaddy 2.0”. Don’t need to melt in brass inserts. Also get an AVES hardened firing pin. The stock MAC pin will warp over time. Good looking build man.

2 years later and this video is still helping people. I just upgraded to gt350 axles and your video was spot on. Worked amazing and was able to geterdone fast. I did disconnect the brake line bracket from the sway bar end link just to give me a few more inches of lift, but not totally necassary.

For some reason when I get my 10 speed down to a gear and I punch the gas and shift to drive mode the car stays stuck in the gear I left off instead of changing gears

So I did mine and before it was show my traction on . Now it shows when I turn it off it is completely off . My question is how would I turn it back ON 😂. It’s weird yes . Now when I hit tract off it is off off 😎
