Beedle Bug Coachman
Fly Tying a Beedle Bug Coachman for fly fishing trout lakes in BC and the west coast. This pattern was originally tired by Audrey joy of Portland Oregon. A high-ridding pattern that works great as a dry fly in streams and rivers. Give it a try and see how big fish can eat the small bugs!
You will need:
#10 -14 dry fly hook.
8/0 black Uni thread or Wine, Brown
Red floss, or Acrylic yarn
White calf tail.
And some brown buck tail and read roster hackle.
This easy to tie and durable fly can be fished for trout in all Trout lakes in BC and the West coast. Give it a try and add a few to your box.

Motovlog on my 1979 Honda CT 90. We head up the Tranqullie Valley and check out Watching Creek Foresty Camp site. Along the way we go over a few Bear encounter Storys, and scope out a Crash sight over the cliff. All while the sun sets in the Vally and a full moon raises in the east. Great ride and Good storys. #supportmvc #HondaCT90 #Trail90

Nice one thanks
WELCOME BACK Nimby.!! 😺 I use to watch you about 4-years ago.
Hey good to be back! Got a full motor bike tear down video I'm working on as well. Thankx for stopping by. :)
Nice 🎉 Tie ! 🌟🙏🏻💫
Hey thankx Mate.First flytying video loved it will do up more!
I miss the vids man!!!👊🏽
yea I do agree UA-cam rewind 2018 was a big disappointment. Also, nice job finding that little secret in Jaiden's video I did not notice it.
Just got one running with the title for the registered for a year loving it
4. Ignition fuel timing compression !
Are you still Alive & Well, Nimby? I certainly hope so. And Your CT90?
Too bad about the seat, the detail is pretty sweet. I miss the detail on my Trail 125.
I picked up a '74 in ok shape about a month ago. Cleaned the carb, set points, bought a battery and kicked it to life. Running better each time l ride it. Have since gotten a new carb. I named it Dreamsicle.
👍👍👍
Is there a need to balance the tire(s) on a CT90?
6 minutes to say try starter fluid??
why do you nee the epoxy? i'm guess you otherwise would have just welded the patch?
Yes if I had a welder and the skill to weld thin rusty metal I would have used a weld! But its been years and its still holding!
I just brought a 79 home! Excited to bring it to LIFE!
Great video of a great upgrade!! Thanks for sharing!!!!
We both have the same bike,I get to go through mine.paid $400 for it.non running,no title. That's fine..
Take the air filter apart, there is a crankcase filter that get pretty clogged.
I have a 79 that I have been working on.Changed the lights to LED.Nice bike.
Nice video! New subscriber! Have a 78 and 74. Need to get busy with PBBlaster.
Just found your channel while working on my ct90 - do you find the brush guard a worthwhile add-on? I like your stuff, hope you make more.
Yup mate have a full engine tear down and rebuild coming up. Thankx for stopping by.
I've been really enjoying your channel. I just bought a CT110 1981 with some electrical issues. Seems like we live close by. Would love to connect with you to ask you a few questions. Thinking about converting the bike from 6v to 12v. Thanks.
The conversion isn't to bad if you can source the parts id highly recomend looking up John P brothers. He sells high quality kits hand made.
Thanks a lot for the video. Where did you find the tires in BC? Did you buy them from a 3rd party?
Fortnine out of Ontario they ship free in Canada think it was under 100 for tires tubes and strips shipped to my door cant beat that!
I don't use cell/smartphones (never really needed one) but I did have a Tracfone that I use for emergencies. It has good coverage, though I've never tried it out in the woods or mountains before. Great survival story. Having a bear follow you with an injured person has got to be pretty terrifying. I'm getting hungry just hearing about the pierogis. I'd say you were definitely chased by the bear, but maybe more along the lines of being stalked, or hunted.
Yes most electronics suffer in the trees but its always better then nothing.
Good thing bears aren't aggressive road hunters, unless of course you run by one up close. Beautiful area you're riding through. How hard are the roads to ride on? I'd imagine riding through there on a moonless night would be pitch black.
Yes most of the trails I ride are pitch black at night. I always carry a number of back up flash lights.
Hey, buddy !! I don't know if you'll see this, but I just wanted to say "Hi" and I hope you're doing well. :) :)
Ya man doing well thing are getting better every day.
@@AdventuresWithNimby Awesome. That's what I like to hear. :) Cheers, man !! Take care !! :) :)
Good adventure glad I was not there 😆
Nicely done video. I'm going to give it s shot because my dealer wants $200.00 plus tires and tubes to do it. Thanks.
I've recently bought a '73 Mars Orange Honda CT90 w/ 3306 mi., all original. They come with the "possibility" of having blinkers. It has the handlebar switch and 'W'winker in speedometer. No turn signal indicators and flasher relay. I bought those, '74 handlebars & taillight assy with indicators attached. And 6v flasher relay. I noticed where the flasher relay is on your bike. Is there a hole in the body where the relay sits? And I hope the main harness has enough space(plug ins) to be able to hook up turn signal wires? 🤔
Great video lots of information thanks 👍
Great old bike, you get her right she’ll last forever.
i have one of these as well, but the batteries never charge fully (green light) i have seen in another YT video that you can change the lenses for a far better light spread for general cycling (the light is far too concentrated in the centre for my liking). the light fully disassembles.
Ever find out what the real world runtime is on high?
Yes high is about 3 to 6 hours depending on temperature. The cold sucks its power bad.
That bear was just walking you to the door of his house. lol What a adventure.
That was a great Vlog. Holy crap that Bear was , I guess, stalking you. Shoot that’s a long way to follow. I guess like you said he was waiting for the right moment to come along. That’s nuts.
I never camping, why you may ask? Well, I need my hot shower and I dont want to find out if the bear spray have the safety on! lol
Came back to finish. Do you carry a snake gun or anything like that nowadays after this experience or keep being defensive?
INTENSE story Nimby. Near the end but have to come back to finish. Gotta go run errands and vote.
Wow that was quite the adventure, I couldn’t imagine staying so calm with a bear that close fallowing me, happy it ran off when you turned on your lights, yikes ❤️💃😍
What a great story. Glad I wasn’t there. 😁
At least it’s cool that the bear stayed back 👍
Bears do weird stuff....I've seen the aftermath of one going through a travel trailer. Like literally THROUGH it. I also thought you meant the little furry wagging thing, not the "tale" hahahaha Cheers, man. Love the view coming back over Padova :)
Two Bears For The Price of One.
@15:00 awesome view as the city lights come through
Truck man on fire sent me gave ya a sub feel free to look up my channel to eh
That's good to know about the spot. I was thinking of getting one for myself, but if it looses signal when you need it most, kinda defeats the propose of having it. Love the story my friend. It's almost like that bear was guiding you back to you truck...making sure no other critters would grab you. Next summer I need to get out there and do some camping and exploring out in your neck of the woods. Be safe brother.
Maples here to show support bros
Cool
I have a 750 ACE....but am thinking of finding a CT90-110 just so I can do little fun back road micro adventures like this. Only, well in lower South West Ontario we don't have the same views. And less bears.
I'd highly recomend it you'll love the freedom a small bike gives you once you learn all the in and outs of a vintage bike. But that's half the fun.
Back in my teens on my buddies farm. We were chased by the bull into the storm shelter his father had made. The bull trapped is on their for what seemed like forever.
