  • MotoCamping trip on my 1979 CT 90 Fluffbut. The Grief Tour. I Took a few days off to head out and clear my head with a MotoCamping trip. It was Cut short but that's part of the Adventure. This was filmed on my Nikon AW100 last year before I started UA-cam but I realy wanted to share it here as part of my Journey. Grief is a hard emotion to deal with and this Camping trip and miles on the road allowed me to Start dealing with my losses. Motorcycle therapy can be a useful tool and Motocamping all the more. You dont need expensive gear or a Big Bike just get out and ride.

Awesome ride my friend. Some parts of BC I don't get to see. Love it. Crazy how those slides happen.

Ya was just after melt there was still alot of snow in the shade still. It must have let go only a day or so before judging by how the snow was mixed in and not melted yet. There were a number on slides on the road kinda like the fingers on a hand. So if I got around this one.. there was another.

Pretty awesome adventure bro. I used to go camping two to three times a month. Where I camped, there were no people. I boiled water from the creek and hunted rabbits and birds for food. Seems lame to some, but it really made me part of nature.

That's the life there I did that every weekend on my old 175 mx Yamaha. We would fill up a back pack and just explore the crown lands. Man after my own heart thankx Viper6.

Cooking gear is the easy part. Just use some old stuff from home! I like cast Iron even if its heavy it doesnt bend up when I Have an off. Easy to clean... and just better. Unless you want to do jet boil bag meals then just grab a nalgene size steal pot.

I have a 750 ACE....but am thinking of finding a CT90-110 just so I can do little fun back road micro adventures like this. Only, well in lower South West Ontario we don't have the same views. And less bears.

I'd highly recomend it you'll love the freedom a small bike gives you once you learn all the in and outs of a vintage bike. But that's half the fun.

Thankx Mate that's why I added it even if the footage was shakey and I didn't talk much. It's still part of my journey.

I enjoyed it, my friend. I really need (NEED) a moto-camp trip. I have even got so much as in the planning stages of one since last year (and I haven’t even had a job to keep me from it since October 😂)

Just start with a few day trips for a few hours! Even just set up the tent cook some salt filled food, and call it a day. It's good practice and wont take up a week end. Realy helps you pair down what gear you need and dont. I hope you get out there soon mate! Even if it's just for the day.
