    I just got their 12 skillet and you are right the heat is on the whole pan not just the spot above the burner and I'll be testing it more and I tried the water ball bouncing trick and my pan cleaned great. My tip your bacon and egg put it on toast with tomato ( kidding you did great) Thanks

    You shouldn’t add oil when making smash burgers. Give it a try without oil (or very minimum oil for ss pan) and you’ll be surprised

    I like misen. I have 2 nonstick, 2 SS fry, 1 SS saucier, 1 cast enamel braiser and they are all nice especially for the price. While I want all clad and made in, I just can't afford them at the moment and this brand will do for now, well it will last for life, but I just want non China made stuff. The SS is heavy duty and rest assure it's nice stuff. I could probably hammer nails with it or use it to whack someone if needed and it would be fine. Lol.

    I just got my set of Misen pans for Christmas, excited to use them. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Looks like a lot of it has to do with heating the pan up before and getting it really hot.

    • @CookingtoFeast
      @CookingtoFeast 2 роки тому

      For sure. Letting the pre heat is key. They really do retain a lot of heat so I would recommend preheating at a medium low and just let it set for 2 to 3 minutes that way you don’t overshoot your temperature
